Watched a few new flicks:

Real Steel: 8.8/10 ... Really good movie overally .. The idea of robots boxing is super-cool ! The basic story setup isn't very 'new', but still it works because of the futuristic robots setting .. Highly Recommended, and this would definitely be coming to a Bluray store near you very soon !! .. The only sad thing is that there's no 3D bluray release for this movie, which would've been really awesome ..

yea its dam good and i have download 35 gb bluray

 

[Ottoman]

I also saw "A Separation" after Ottoman's review and absolutely loved it. Usually, i don't like the choice of movies of Ottoman but after his review and watching the trailer + reading synopsis, i got interested and needless to say that it was well worth the time.

I hate you.

The kid was annoying and story was stupid but overall quite enjoyable movie

Pan's Labyrinth (7.5/10) original rating (8.5/10)
Rewatched it again this time with brother and somehow i didn't find it as good as the first time. I guess this is not a good movie for rewatch.

Just came back from watching MI-4, In Uxbridge Town Center Chimes ODEON Cinema in IMAX. The movie was really good, but the past that i liked was the Dubai hotel one and the Anil Kapoor one as a playboy tycoon.

[Deadly Shadow]

Sherlock Holmes 2: Better than the first? Yes, and no. This one has better direction, cinematography, and ALOT better action. There is one slow-motion scene that blew my mind away,especially with all the cinemas sound effects, it was just jaw-dropping. For that alone, this movie was worth the price. However, the script is not nearly as good as the previous one. Call me dumb, but it was just a little too fast, and a bit confusing at times, I would go as far and compare it to POTC: 3, though it is not nearly as confusing. Not to mention some unexplained aspects too. The first movies villain was a lot more exciting, mysterious and just better. This villain just does not carry that vibe. The acting was great. The humor was not as nearly as good the first one. So basically, the plot and script sucked.

The movie suspense thriller. Not bad. 7/10

Po and his friends fight to stop an peacock villain from conquering China with a deadly new weapon, but the Dragon Warrior must come to terms with his past.

Its a sequel kung fu panda which was released in 2007. Contains funny scene and action. Good for everyone.. 7.5/10

Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes (2011)

A scientist named Will Rodman who works in company Gen Sys who has been trying to develop a cure for Alzhemiers disease and test this gen therapy to chimpanzees. The drug turned into a virus which mutates the chimpanzees. Result which gives them human level of intelligence but for humans its fatal.

This movie is based planet of the apes universe. However its a reboot. This movie is totally epic. Contains good story and interesting scene. Must see. i give it 8.5/10

A Separation (2011)

Quite the best film I've seen this year, these type of films are often unheard and rare to find, but it has created a lot of buzz in media of being the contender for "Best Foreign Film" in Oscars. (Iran! I hope you win)

I don't know what else to say, since I am speechless. It's hard to explain about the complexity of this drama, the screenplay was very well written, with the main focus on the character development.

If you haven't seen it already, you are definitely missing "the big picture".

This is in a foreign language? Are you guys watching it with subs then?

5 days of war: good film on georgia-russia conflict in 2005 or was it 2006. . but very realistic IMO. 7.5/10

children of men: wow, this was something! excellent direction and the storyline was very strong. deserves 8.5/10!

Triangle: Well, this movie twisted my mind real hard. Interesting story with great acting by the lead. The story circles round and round but you'll not get bored of it.
The ending was a bit unclear, you know like Inception's.
A must watch for fans who like mind twisting flicks like Inception.
