Its indeed an awesome movie but very very slow in the start. Almost take more than a hour until the real action kicks in so i wouldn't really recommend it to him.

Not full of action but knowing that you love Japanese Mafia, i will highly recommend Infernal Affairs trilogy to you.
Infernal Affairs is a hong-kong action crime drama not Japanese

Group Sex (2010): Nice movie Josh Cooke (guy in the Dexter as Louis Greene), Greg Grunberg and HOT Odette Annable :D did a good performance, few moments for laugh but I like it :) So 6/10

Mausam (2011): Nice movie. Sonum Kapoor looks nice, story is predicable but I like the punjabi accent in the start of this movie. 6/10

Don 2: Thank God I didn't waste my money for watching this average movie in cinema. I hate SRK typically acting, but as Ahmed says before I like only the hair styles on SRK in this movie, otherwise movie totally having A-Team story :( 4/10

Watched Horrible bosses today. It was good enough. 6.5/10. Also saw bad teacher recently, 7/10. good for fans of cameron diaz and jennifer aniston, as both of them act like sluts.

Last year bollywood best i will give to Rockstar and Don2. Rockstar was just amazing, the only bad thing was that actress couldn't act, like at all. Ranbir kapoor overdid himself. Don2 on the other hand, was different from what normally indian cinema delivers, no story though but plot was better than expected.

AMERICAN HISTORY X

This has to be one of the most hard hitting movies I have seen for ages. If I had to use one word to sum up American History X, it would be "powerful". This is the kind of film that is missing in the current film environment that is usually based more around flash than substance, ie special effects and a physically attractive cast are commonly used to win over audiences as opposed to a solid plot containing powerful messages that actually might make you think. I saw this movie last night and it is a fascinating insight into the insecurity of young people and their desire to belong to something, to feel accepted. I believe this theme is equally as prevalent as the denunciation of racism throughout the film. Edward Norton, as usual, was flawless. Special mention to Edward Furlong too .

8.5/10

Big Rock Candy Mountain.
Mission Impossible - Ghost Protocol:

A true popcorn film. Entertaining with sweet action, a hooking story, pretty visuals, all topped with some great humor. Well worth the ticket, and IMO best of the series. I have one complaint, they could have chosen a better girl.

8/10

I am not just referring to her looks but also her acting. It was the weakest of the 4 (Cruise, Pegg, Renner, and her)
I guess the $80 million was not enough to have an all star movie with someone like Halle berry, Alba etc.

Alba was prego and halle is a bit old now.

But the main point of even earning that $80 million was because of Tom Cruise. He's all it takes to make a "Mission Impossible" movie and no one else.
He's of course held his own repo in movies and only because of him was this movie a box office hit.

If you ask me, other actor's were basically just good-addon's of the movie to make sense of it and with the humor thing going on too.

Did y'all see the new Assassin's Creed trailer? They finally made a AC set in Japan & then they put a negro as the male protagonist. Ubisoft is taking cues from Disney, and it isn't gonna end well for them, just like Disney. Go woke, go broke!

Phil should be held responsible for this shitfest too, just like Sarah, but it's highly likely that these decisions are coming from Satya. And this isn't even the end of it. More closures are coming.

if we are moving towards more and more popular trash across platforms that make billions for companies, I'm happy with all the barriers and exclusivity because at least that brings some pressure to create good stuff.
