And sir that is why the A level Urdu carries full credits for most universities in the U.KActually an extra language is always an asset, regardless of whether you're in Pakistan or abroad. I've filled out application forms for many foreign unis, and just about every one, whether it be in USA, Malaysia or Germany ask how many languages you're proficient in.
It doesn't matter if Urdu is barely spoken outside Pakistan, it's still another language, and thus, adds to your ability to communicate and interact with other people.

Ohh I was talking about A levels then.I'm talking about O Levels. It's NOT considered a language in O Levels in the US. Not sure about the UK.
