i can understand may be u feel nauseous , by eating at sehri i also feel that way . Cause i am not use to eat so early .
I usually eat 1.5-2 patli roti with any thing at sehri with 2-3 glass of water not much , cause to much water makes me puke
but i do eat lot at aftari and dinner
Sehri= Milk with Pheni(Dont know its Translation,) ,Dates, Yougurt ,little Onion and 3-4 Glass Water.
Iftari= Pakoray,Dahi Baray Fruit Chat as a starter and then Dinner after Mughrib Prayers

Sehri: Paratha with either fried egg / chicken kebab / sweetened yougurt and Milkshake (banana or mango)
Iftar: Kachori, Pakoray, Dahi baray, cholay, sometimes a proper meal aswell (Roti/paratha with proper Salan)
No proper dinner at night, just the leftovers from iftar. yes we don't throw any food at all lol

Diet plan dairr maheenay pehlay he shuru ki hai. Before that I'd skip every meal of the day and just have some fries in school and some snacks here and there. Wish I was.

Well, ate three burgers and a shit load of fries with Coke for dinner around midnight so didn't eat much for Sehri today. 2 Eggs and 2 Parathas, cup of tea and a glass of milk.

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
