For PS4:
It's still very buggy as expected. The menu freezes most of the time and the 'Not connected to EA' glitch is really annoying. Other than that, during gameplay, it's quite fluid and fast paced. There are a few rough edges and animation issues that need to be sorted out, but it's playable and it's FUN.

well the first day on ps4 it did gave me the not signed in ea thing but i clicked connect and it did and than match making etc was smooth and the initial gameplay was too
no glitches etc but i only played like two matches... its not my style though form COD is much different etc..the damn sniping and sh*t is too much in this...im an up close and personal guy and this slightly happens in the open big maps of BF
the other thing i could do was get into a tank etc and bombard the sh*t outtta the enemy which was fun

EA servers were and still being DDOSed heavily . Reason many of you not able to connect and having troubles finding a game or random disconnections
okay i just had a 10 minutes session and ummm these kind of games are not for me, its impossible for me to find someone and kill them without getting molested, maybe i need to learn how to read the bloody map

A group of hackers have claimed responsibility for widespread connectivity issues with Electronic Arts’ online servers. PoodleCorp, a network that takes aim at online games, tweeted that it had gone after the publisher just prior to today’s launch of the Battlefield 1 open beta. A widespread network outage has left many who were hoping to get in on that and other EA games in the lurch.
EA has acknowledged the server problems, although the company hasn’t named a cause for them. Players on consoles have been affected, and the issues are plaguing Battlefield 1, Madden NFL 17 and other big games.
On Battlefield’s Twitter account, developer EA DICE wrote that the beta "is currently experiencing server outages. We’re working to resolve as soon as possible." The tweet came hours after the beta’s launch and more than one hour after PoodleCorp’s declaration of attack.
EA’s console servers were briefly knocked offline last night as well, according to the hacking group. PoodleCorp also said it was behind a major, if brief, server outage for Pokémon Go back in July.

Played the beta for a couple of hours yesterday and it indeed is a bit slower than I initially expected. I usually play TDM rather than Conquest or rush so I didn't really enjoy the beta.
For some strange reason it has a tinge of battlefront vibe to it in some way.

Really liked the beta the problem of slowness can be overcome by spawning directly in to the area of action. (I couldn't do that in BF4 for unknown reason but no problem in BF1)

I found both games wayyyy too similar. From the font, all the way to the animations. Even the stupid loadout choosing menu was similar to Battlefront.
I got bored of it already. There's only one map and playing endless rounds of conquest is kinda repetitive.

This might be my first 'proper' BF title. I severely disliked the bullet-drop crap in BFBC2, BF3 and BF4. Tried them, never got into it.
This however? Loving it. Haven't played a proper FPS for quite some time (dota cancer). There is very little bullet drop since they've increased the bullet velocity for the default rifle by quite a bit. Makes a lot more sense.
The other classes are not my thing though I sometimes pick Assault to destroy a tank with the rocket gun. Can't fly planes well, can't do much else but I did get to level 20 in 2 days :tv:

Thank god i didnt play Battlefront.
otherwise i'd get bored of it right away because the whole playstyle reminds me of Battlefront beta.

well, i tried last night but when i entered the conquest. i have no weapon nor bullets. it seems there is some sort of bug in the game. or buggy conquest. i am not a big fan of BF mp but just wanted to try this new epic title.
P.S I am on Built-in graphics for now. lowered resolution to 1600x900 for stable gameplay

How are you able to run it on built-in graphics? :wtf: I'm struggling to average at 40FPS. But I think something's wrong at my end. So i just found out that f***ing s***bag Microsoft shut down Arkane Studio (makers of the brilliant Dishonored series) and Tango Gameworks (makers of the iconic The Evil Within series), among some other studios. I just want to say a giant F*** Y**! to Microsoft. THEY'VE F***ED UP BIG TIME this time.

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
