The study is same as UK because they are controlling the collage and UK provide the degree and as i said in student they dont allow u to work or do job of any kind but u can go and request if u want.@desprado

yeah i am studying in china. They do teach in english and there are English programs in a lot of Universities here in Beijing. They do not put a huge emphasys on chinese but you have to learn the basics to get around the city.
but u said that they allow master program students are allowed in ur 4 point " NO any student in Malaysia except Master are not allowed to part time or any type of work "

I have a long due aspiration to do a Masters degree in Economics. I am 18 years old and have recently got BSc (hons) degree from Oxford Brookes University, but as it is a 3 years bachelors degree, I don't think I would have much luck finding a Masters' Program here in Pakistani Universities (because of the 4 years Bachelors standard here). But anyways, now I'm looking to travel abroad for it, that's where I need help. Can anyone kindly suggest to me which countries (and universities) would be better for me? My concerns are:
- Unfortunately my financial strength is very limited and I cannot afford an expensive program. My budget is $4k-$5k ($8k max) per year.
- A place where getting a scholarship is relatively easier would hence be my first choice, and
- A country with better future prospects for getting a job / rights to work after the completion of studies (one with low unemployment rate) is a big concern.
I do not have much job experience (only some internships) but have a sound history in curricular as well as extra curricular activities and achievements. Would this be of any help getting a scholarship? Also, would it be an advantage or a disadvantage that I am only 18 years old? I am also ACCA and ACA finalist, would this help?

So guys I have finished my AS level, now this might sound a bit noobish, but when do I apply to a university if I intend to study abroad? Is it in Jan after finishing AS or after A2?

Its not noobish. You can apply during your A2 with your AS results and you'll get a conditional offer saying if you achieve xyz grades, you get in, otherwise you don't. But really its upto you, when you want to apply and when you're university starts.

UM (uni of malaya) , it is very hard to get in as they have very little quota seats for international students , like 2% of the total admissions per intake , my self applied in UM and
never got reply from them as it is the best university of malaysia and the fees is the least so the students from different developing countires are tyring to get in . In UTM(university technologi malaysia) they have a greater quota and the fees is like 2 lacs per year for engineering so the case is similar .!!

Depends if you CGPA is good and your extra curriculars are exceptional.You can pursue erasmundus scholarships for EU region,KGSP for korea,MEXT for Japanese universities(complete tuition+ living expenses)..Many south korean universities with international programs provide full tuition fee waiver along with living expense.Hello,

Avoid AUS,CAD because scholarships are scarce and very rare,education is a business there.
On non-scholarship basis Germany should be your prime destination followed by norway and finland..German public universities do not charge any tuition fess,just a semester contribution around 100-250 euros/year.Earning power in GE is also good,you can do part time jobs to compliment your expenses.
South Korea and Germany have lots of oppertunities provided you cross the language barrier.
