Routing to SGP-1 and SGP-2 are back to normal.
Pings are down to 90 ms for me on both.

FYI I'm on the 39.40.x.x pool.

AFAIK, this was fixed last night at around 11 PM.

Yup, SEA ping back to 115 now :')

Ping might remain inconsistent to SGP for a few days and some packet loss should be expected.

I'm from A-1 Block Johar Town. The exchange that caters to my block is Faisal Town Exchange.

I've been inquiring about a fiber connection to my house FOR MONTHS now, and all i get to hear from the lineman is "abhi available nahi hai apkay area mai."
I'm pretty certain the lineman isnt being completely honest with me.


Is there any other way i can check availability of fiber in my area? Or should i ditch PTCL and move on to Fiberlink?

If the DSL Lines in your area are coming from a fiber cabinet, push for a fiber connection.

If they're still copper lines, give PTCL the middle finger and move on to a different ISP.

Just got back from the exchange. The reps gave me a bs excuse about how they just started work on the lines around my house yesterday, and these copper lines would soon be able to handle up to 4mb within a week.

Upon inquiring about fiber, he said it's in the works and would take up to 4 months JUST TO GET PERMISSION TO DEPLOY FIBER CABLES IN MY AREA.

I think I should probably move on to another ISP. Stormfiber is months away from my block. Fiberlink is present, but I've heard many depressing tales from people about how they take months to set up your connection, and how frequently they face downtimes per month.

I've got HUGE 15, 16GB updates waiting to be downloaded on my ps4, and a measly 2mb connection with an SNR fluctuating between 6-13 can't handle them.

ok so after yesterday, i checked my pings today and they are so bad right now. have a look:

Stupid ptcl chat people, i showed them this high ping image and they say its due to slow browsing. I tried so many times telling him that my browsing is just fine. i can even run high quality streams perfectly buy these pings are attrocious.
He just kept saying that its a slow browsing issue. Im on 39.42 pool can anyone confirm on their end with this pool that what pings are u getting. im from lahore.

In the image you posted in the previous thread, your SEA pings seem fine, but EU is higher than usual. It was for me last night as well, fixed around 1 AM, EU is back to 180-190 ms for me.
