First of all its a doodle.

Secondly IT IS A BIG THING because it does make the 170+ million Pakistani people happy to see that the doodle is changed on their google webpage. Might not be a big thing for you but for the rest of those 170 million Pakistani people, it actually is a big thing.

+ They have been trying to get his done for years , but this is the first time that this has happened so yeah it IS a big thing.
