[OT] Supergirl Season 4 Inspired By DC's Superman: Red Son

Watched the episode a couple of hours back. Even though the acting was shitty as hell, the plot seems interesting enough and I kind of enjoyed the show. Unlike other shows it doesn't have a dark theme but a sense of comedy to it but at the same time it is nowhere near to the quality other super hero shows offer.
I hope it does get better.

it was okay... cgi was not as good as flash... it had a very very different tone also... it is a fun series, and i will follow it even if it does not feel that good.... the actress is good as supergirl(do not search her name on google images)... atleast we will see some proper super powers compared to what we saw on smallville...

Yeah Daredevil took the TV shows domination from DC if you ask me. I just hope they do cross-overs in future with Agents of SHIELD and other upcoming Marvel series (sm1).

DC has a long way to go when it comes to TV shows. Don't know what's wrong with them, even though, I believe, DC has way better Superheroes than Marvel. They do make good movies but when it's TV, DC struggles. Maybe they need a Nolan kinda guy for their TV department. I, myself, am more of a DC fan. But I'm disappointed with them as far as TV is concerned. I hope they don't lose in the movies department. Got really high hopes from all upcoming DC titles such as 'Batman vs Superman DoJ', 'Justice League', etc. I'm damn sure Justice League's movie is gonna make us forget frickin Avengers altogether! It is definitely going to be a bomb!

DC owns the Tv, thanks to great series like the Flash, arrow, and dc's legends of tomorrow.

Though, the Movie part is currently in favor of Marvel at the moment, but things will start turning in favor towards dc next year, with releases of batman vs superman, and suicide squad.

They are at par they ain't destroy it , it's not me saying but imdb also speaks for it daredevil has 9.1 rating with 76000 votes and flash has 8.3 with 86000

actually i didn't like the action sequences of daredevil... they felt very average to me... banshee has tons better combat...
anyways, its strength was being a crime drama... something they could do with it being essentially a 13 episode long movie as it all came out at once...

flash is the better superhero show...no doubt... but daredevil is the better show in terms of quality... if it was released one episode at a time then it would have been extremely different and not as good...

Daredevil went off in a flash and left a big impact, hence, it got renewed for a second season. IMO, if the second season also gets the same response the first one got, it'd prolly get renewed for a third. Also, Netflix usually comes up with quality shows. Even "House of Cards' by Netflix is a good show. So, quantity doesn't define QUALITY. Usually quality shows have short seasons. Whereas, The Flash and Arrow are shows which require like frickin' 23 episodes each season to make a point. That's the difference. And, like Cobby mentioned - ratings of Daredevil support our argument about QUALITY.
The Flash is going good, but Arrow has lost it BIG TIME. I was badly wishing that Arrow doesn't get renewed for a fourth season, but unfortunately, it has, and I don't see where this show can go now. The third season's finale could've acted as this show's conclusion.

well by the end arrows season finale could had been the end of it and i would had been OK but FLASH damn it FLASH ! that cliffhanger NEED MORE FLASH !

could had ended arrow and dc's legends of tomorrow could had picked up ! now im totally unaware of what season 4 of arrow would have in store for us, plus already said a lighter tone it will have so hmm

anyways DD was good, it's good im not saying it was bad or anything but DC still owns tv and marvel has ways to go, one show cannot make marvel the boss JUST YET
