Just had a game in which I was on mid with QOP aganist OD. He kept spamming astral imprisoment because of not only was I not able to spam my spells but because of low intel had a hard time last hitting. So, how to counter that s**? Was completely outlaned as a result of which we eventually lost embarassingly.

Well i once laned mid against od with lion, totally decimated him.


Having a great time with dragon knight lately, maxed his passive as soon as possible and even a 3 on1 gank can be survived

Normally the patch rolls out every Thursday so keeps your fingers crossed as Valve might be releasing him tomorrow.

Well I'm glad they aren't waiting for The International to get over.

OMG I just read Legion Commander's spell descriptions. What lovely spells! That ulti! And that Q! So Q does more damage when more creep is around too right? (Like ES's ulti)

Yup bonus damage and movement speed is granted for every enemy unit and hero within the AoE. Plus the ulti grants permanent damage increase if the duel is won.

Its been pushed back afaik.

Also about the private server; its only All Pick since CM is still bugged, but this is basically the same method which is widely available on the internet.

Requires you to have -console enabled in your launch options and you should probably have it bound as well.

Its a bit wonky, but its nice for the occasional low ping game OR the folks that are interested in getting their 5v5 matches on (for CM's mode I would suggest making a lobby, going CM, doing the whole pick ban phase and then connecting to the private server to have at it).

jointeam good for dire and jointeam bad for radiant (in console).

wats the deal with that Bloodstone item? I know its rarity depends on how much people you invited into dota, but its usage? read somewhere it can reset your win/loss depending on the no. of charges on it. Mines got 1 charge (legendary).

The first patch after DOTA 2 release is here. Some additions in the patch including support for Linux and Mac OSX and a new hero added to the pool "Abaddon".

pfftt... he looks like a little Abuses will lead to ban compared to the almighty Arthas in dota 1.... I was really hoping that they try to keep the core design of Abbadon from dota 1... seems like they only took the horse seriously
