@ Yasir hahaha in DISEC since there were so many people I didn't even get to see 90% of the committees face.There were just 10-20 people speaking but wayy older than me, most of them were either in 3rd year at medical or engineering university and there were a couple from NGOs as well(probably 25+)
but I find MUN to be fun and informative, better than parliamentary debates although I hate when the chair looks at you, ignores you and picks someone else to speak :flame:

and did you see the Australian chair(felix was his name I guess) ? his skin tight jeans gave me a laugh every day.

the barricade was broken down by those charsis and outsiders even came over the walls :/ we actually got sandwiched between people and had to escape the crowd for our lives.

8A*s?! Abay kiski baat kerray ho I got 4A's and one A*, the rest Bs. The teachers here are TOP class, 4 PhDs, couldn't ask for a better faculty. The students ... well, let's just say, some of them think Thomas Edison 'invented' gravity ... let's not even analyse how much is wrong with that statement. I had a financial problem at the time so I couldn't afford to pay Lyceum's admission fees before the deadline they gave me.

btw why did you even go to SouthShore ? why not Lyceum or Nixor instead ?

Edit: I see you posted the answer above, I've too left out on going to Nixor and Lyceum as the fees there is too high.Going to stick with BSS on scholarship.

I never debated before in my LIFE. The only reason I attended MUNIK III was to force myself into speaking and it did wonders for me. The entertainment sessions were ... awkward. Those caucus jokes are so damn cliche and people quote them like they're sooooooooooo funny.

80% go for the Poondy and the Parties, 20% go to debate and win. The experience is fantastic, regardless.
