You can make a USB Stick Bootable and install windows with it. "Windows 7 USB Download Tool" will work just fine.
If its an old machine, then i prefer to install
Windows 8 as its more optimized and will perform 2x better on older hardware as compared to Windows 7. For further help in this matter, you can check the Sticky thread. You can get a LEGIT Windows 8 these days

About the Drivers, most of the drivers will be installed automatically. However, its important that you download its real drivers and install those. Especially the
