For taking care of your skin. Use these following methods
1:- Use Cleans&clear astringent on your neck and face before taking a shower.
2:- Use Face wash for mens. I recommend to use Adidas brand
3:- Whenever you go out in summers where sunlight is strong use sunblock. Wear suncap to protect your facial and forehead skin and dark glasses to protect your eyes which also prevents from eye lining. Wearing these is a must.

Well obviously your going to get criticized by these so called 'men' here for wanting to have a gora skin and that is completely normal.

There are many ways to get a lighter / better skin.

1.Plastic surgery.
2.Photoshop

Don't ever use those so called creams, they don't work instead they screw your face over.

If you want to use a cream, well its not a cream exactly, its called tibet snow , only use that. However you are warned, it doesn't suit all faces and you can get pimples..

Now to get your skin lighter, I suggest first go and get a face wash done by a good hair saloon. Then start washing your face with basin ka attah. It helps a lot. Use that to wash your face everyday for atleast a month and you shall see results. You can use it for all parts of your body. Other then these 2 methods, you should stop going out in the sun to play football/cricket. etc since you can skinburnt and I became really dark because of football but after sitting at home for months, my colour has come back slightly. So yeah do the stuff above and you can get results, also do the methods jayzz has said + home made products can help alot.

When you go out in the sun, your body copes up with the sun's UV rays by producing melanin (dark coloured pigment) in your skin to protect it from harm.

What whitening creams basically do is halt the melanin production. Or at least, the most popular ones (2% Hydroquinone). This can impair the skin from adaptation and expose it to radiation that your body naturally evolved to protect against.

So basically, you're risking giving your self skin cancer. Nothing much.

Hygiene, Personal Care and indulging in superficial beauty enhancing products are very different things. Man makeup is gay no matter what way you look at it, hell even i use a scrub based facewash everyday but you wont see me putting on foundation to even my skin tone, or whitening creams to enhance my complexion.

It's getting ridiculous nowadays, guys getting their hair bonded and straightened, dark circle removers, whitening creams. The companies are targeting insecure people by promising them ridiculous ways to enhance beauty. Eventually it doesn't work.

The definition of beauty is now shelfsold products, straight hair, fake eyelashes, fake nails, padded bras, high heels, hair extensions, various makeup products. First you generalize the concept of beauty to a universal accepted medium and then the companies profit off it.

Ironically in the west the fake tanning creams and sprays sell like hot cakes, here they sell whitening creams. Be comfortable with who you are, confidence and charm are the best selling attributes not enhanced and distorted looks.

My complexion is white. No, not the albino white. Just the normal white. The downside is that I really really need an intense moisturizing cream at day time. I've been using Nivea (the blue tin) all my life until almost 4 years ago. Since then, I've been using Dove Intense Moisturizing Cream. Even when I'm at work, I keep a mini-tin with me. I guess my skin gets way too dry but it only happens during the daytime. I don't need anything after Dusk.

I don't understand the obsession with whitening creams, or even hair dyes. I believe God gave us the colors that perfectly match us. Any color other than the natural one won't suit us, but that is just what I believe. Just be happy with who you are.

p.s. Honestly, Pakistani girls don't like white guys.

Well i have sun burned Arms from elbow till wrists.. Careless Beach picnics.. but it faded off gradually when i was on my 6 months vacations at home (1) lol.. Creams help. As for face.. These herbal techniques and self avoidance care is better.
