did anyone had a problem that im having,months before i worked out on my foreamrs everyday in gym with heavy weight but then there was a time came that when i workout on my biceps,my forearms take all the biceps weight and my biceps dont get pump or you can say my i couldn't work on my biceps,since 4 or 7months i left working on my forearms,now when i workout on my biceps half of my bicep gets pumped,i searched everywhere about this problem but i couldn't find any solution to this problem.i want my bicep to get fully pumped.if anyone could help me on this,help would be very appreciated. Thanks

are you lifting heavier weights than before on other exercises before your curls

nope,the main problem is i worked my forearms a lot some months ago regularly,and someone said to me that if you work on your forearms alot there'll be a time come that your biceps wont take any load or get pumped.my biceps are taking load now after4 or 5 months,but its taking load on half of my biceps.i want my biceps to take full load,not on half of my biceps.iv'e searched on google about this and im gonna try the rule of bicep curls 21.but do share any solution that come to your mind.

Guys, I am having issues with my diet. I am trying to maintain a natural diet and I am eating stuff like eggs, oatmeal, boiled beef and chicken, ad cottage cheese. But I still can't meet my macros. I am aiming to eat around 150g of protein but actually come around 100g. I am able to meet my carbs goal but overshoot the fat intake. I am planning on using whey in a couple of months.

Can you guys recommend me some recipes and dishes I can try out instead of normal meals at home. Thanks.

Add 2 or 3 scoops of pure whey which will bump ur protein quantity by 48 -72 grams more

i have seen guys at gym who are just bulked,i want to know that exercises should we do at gym to get lean muscle like athletes usain bolt or other sprinters/footballers who have muscle too and they are fast too? what should be our plan to achieve that body? main goal is better running with muscular body....thanks,currently i am doing cardio and other body weight exercises but no muscles are showing up,even body is soft,so what you gym sharks suggest? joining gym is necessary? thanks....

As per your question i would like to answer in parts. So First part is about diet, Diet plays a major role in transformation, some say diet is 70% and exercise is 30%, some people say 90-10, big guys eat big to get big, more carbs and proteins, but athletes dont use weights that much and have a restricted diet, secondly workout so athletes like Usain, run marathons, and in that process they lose muscles that's why they are skinny, bodybuilders prefer HIIT workouts, and short time exercises like 20 min running, cycling etc, but athletes can do this all day long

I am 20 & I have a normal physique, I weight around 65-68 KG, and I want to start body building. I plan to join the gym, but before that, I want to start some things at home. I just do pushups and situps/crunches atm so, I wanted to know what else I can do at home and what alterations should be made to my diet?

there is a different set of workout for an athelete you can google and youtube for Reebok Crossfit Lifespark
they kinda do that sort of workout building stamina and shredding fat they don't let you sit on Machines plus if you find some MMA trainer or Boxing club they will train you into boxing and also be helping you out in shredding fat and keeping in you shape

bro usain bolt dont run marathon,he's a sprinter and he has probably the best shape that human body can achieve naturally like long time ago our ancestors used to have.....i just dont like big guys,i think athletes are better like hurdlers who have muscle+speed,they look good,like michelle jenneke,sally and many others....
