I visited Sports One I DHA Lahore. They were stocking whey of many brands including the one I am interested in, ON Gold Standard. The guy there told me that they are the authorized sellers. Should I buy from there. The next time I visit I will try and do a bar code check with my phone.

K, thanks. Will check it out more. I am planning to buy the 5 lbs pack chocolate flavour one. I am planning to take one scoop with water/shake after workouts from the start of next month.

Guys, I'm thinking about using WHEY protein for a month so I can gain and then leave it after a month and maintain it through diet. Is it a good idea?

If not WHEY then how about Protein bars? Are they useful? How much would it cost? I'm already gaining but I need a boost so that I can gain mass and then get it into shape.

If none of the above, then how about buying pre-workout energy supplement so I can get energy and I can focus more? Most of the times I run out of stamina and the angles get wrong. :/

Please guide me. My body type is normal and I don't want a hugeeeeee body. I want to have some mass but should be in proper shape and rock solid. Thanks.

All these thing are secondary!!

A cup of coffee before workout is sufficient ,rest it is trial and error, by the time you would get used to workouts and angles stuff

Look on your diet first understand protein,carb, fats . All these stuff . Whey is good thing but in Pakistan you would get fake stuff most of the time ..

1:Whey = basically its a product of milk . Its a fast protein and readily absorbs .. It will give protein for your muscles

2: creatine is also good : it moves water into muscles and last them longer plus you would have mass look

wajji ,if you dont know what whey does and how many types of proteins are available in market and for what, dont use supplement or goto bb.com and learn them first that what ingredient does what, before using supplements you should know that what you are doing then you can decide that how much servings you need and how much workouts you should do, otherwise asking like this about supplements wont give you best results , or over dosing/ not using properly / right ingredients will make problems :)

so bb.com is best , ask yourself that what type of results you want and then search on the site , for better match :)

Creating isn't my thing then. I thought it gives energy.

I need a supplement or something natural in order to get more energy and get my angles proper. I don't want to keep going to gym forever and not increasing the weight. It's kind of useless then.


Somebody told me about C4 Extreme Cellucor. Has anybody used that or not?

I asked Jacked Nutrition and he said that it's good for energy. I'm already getting muscle mass but when I get low on energy in gym, I hate it. When the muscle is pumped and I can't do anything anymore.

Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
