hmmm the only thing comes to my mind is running on high elevation area will be helpful , and other thing is rope jumping its also good for increasing breathng rate
, i do jumping , and i can do 500 jumps in a row , but in a row is just for challenges or whatever it is , but having breaks between is fine

so you can do that too run like you are in a challenge and dont stop till you stopped by ur body , it will help to increase the rate , and you can do it once a week? or whenever u want

People from Lahore ..... I am looking for padded gloves for gym. I visited Anarkali's Sports Shops (such as Pakistan Sports, Star Sports and many others), however couldn't find any "padded" gloves.

Do you guys have any other place in mind who would have these products? I rekon them to be cheap at just Rs.250 or 400 maybe. But if anyone has any experience or (exact) idea about these, please do let me know.

EDIT: Thanks for the people who came forward to help. However, someone recommended me "Landa Bazar". Its in my area, like 7-8kms from Badami Bagh. I know quite a few shops there which do such work but it didn't cross my mind, until someone told me.

dont know about the exact model but u can get same as it... last year i saw them on metro thokar wala .. then u can get them from "hamza sports" model town goga nan chahnay k sath jo h, plus khurram sports [both, township n wapda town] & apollo [chance pe] !!!! dont know about anarkali side

i go to gym @ 7am in the morning and before starting workout in the gym i just eat unsweetened yogurt... is that okay? or there should be more like fruits/bread etc ?

early morning main chale jaya karo gym... temperature thora cool hota hai tab.
