if we have one mile run test in morning like 7.30 am,should we go with empty stomach or eat something ????

if you are considering it a workout then pre-workout is must !
i was trying to say that like if we have one mile run test in early morning which is taken by army/rangers or any armed forces,then what should we eat in breakfast??

you may have eggs, banana , yogurt, bread , dry fruits, apple , oats etc etc etc
and as your goal is running then i'd say dont eat that much that will resist you running , you might feel pain in stomach too while running long , so just enough food that you think that can boost you or calories can serve you for the running , then after that you can rest and complete your rest of the breakfast later

i workout on an empty stomach , i wake at 6 30 , workout for an hour , afterwards i eat whatever i want , ( loosing weight )

well to eat or not to eat in breakfast for workouts , it depends on the goal,
few ppls have to work hard for strength so they eat to workout , so you can calculate that how much calories you gonna burn and stuff ,

like if your goal is gaining and you do workouts like this you may lose this way ,

and as you said you are loosing weight then it could be fine , your body would have enough calories inside to burn for the workouts , so you are fine with no breakfast before workouts

my diet is not the same now , even i stopped workout out , bcz of effin' study i had to stop everything :( so i stopped doing all the workouts since january ,

with a glass of milk if your stomach is good , i mean if i talk about myself i can eat 3-4 bananas before cardio but if i'd intake something liquid in the quantity that makes my stomach filled so i cant run and if i run faster for long time , then cramps would happen

or you have to atleast wait for 30-45 mins before running , then i think milk will be good or milk shake too

    Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
