You can eat cake pastries and still lose weight. Don't get yourself involved in this mindset that you need to eat more vegetable, or more fiber... Forget it. i had plan recently i proposed someone , and got rejected just coz of stupid reason of racism we pakis got caste system i mean , and thats that, now i am gonna motivate myself being devil by hatred n jealousy and i've to do some work for my indie studio project( damn it needs so much motivation, i am lazy as hell)

and which project indie studio one? you read that thread? well its not detailed and explained anything , even i dont have any name in my mind to give it bcz i am thinking that i've to make a game by myself first then will announce the studio officially so after a successful game devs will join me ,
bcz if now i'd ask someone to join publish or market the stuff , ppls would say why the fuck they have to waste the time with me

do you know about weight training and losing ? these are 2 different things but both can be achieved in gym , depends what we do and how we do


you wanna gain? , dont and just dont gain weight via fats, cardio is good but over doing it will not be good for hard gainers

and whats your exercise plan?

and here we cant care that much of our diets so we cant reshape our self perfectly

i don't want to gain weight,i do running like 400m jog then 400m sprints and my goal is to complete one mile like that,other exercises includes pushups 15 in less than one minute and etc...i dont go to gym i dont know why my height is 6ft and weight is 78kg.... u can say that i am training my body for army physical tests ???
