How did Jaime and Bronn survive that long underwater? Are they Aquaman's descendants somehow? They're skipping way too many things to tie up story-lines. Like.. how do you not even look for those 2 once they jump in the water? How does Tyrion not discuss this with Jaime.. No one even mentions it..

And then we have this new episode.

Spoiler: show
So NK who apparently isn't stupid, has Jon and his team surrounded from all sides and just stands there a whole day and night waiting? Are they suggesting that he KNEW Jon would request Daenerys to bring her tasty dragons to this fight and he wanted them there? Seriously.. And then there's that spear throw. I suppose we can give them that.. They have hidden powers. Apparently this NK has played Soccer and has a wicked throwing arm.

The plot holes this season have been aplenty. I'm not enjoying the dialog as much as I did before. To be fair, it's hard for the writers too, without having the books to go on and mostly working off of a storyboard.. But still, they need to get in their groove for Season 8. A show like this deserves a great last season.

Oh and let's hope the finale is long, and of good quality. So far, episode 4 was the best this season - and one of the best of the series.

Now, finale wait just got longer. :p

IMO, this has been a great season so far.

Yes, I agree that due to speeding up the pace to light speed, there has been plot holes or some things have been moving too fast, but TBH, I don't mind them considering it's a necessary sacrifice for EPICNESS, and since we're nearing the end, that's a fair deal I think. Fewer episodes = more budget per episode.

Yeah, I am thinking the same. There have been a ton of plot holes and flimsy storylines ever since the showrunners ran out of books.

Spoiler: show
And the NK waiting for so long was ridiculous to watch but not more than what finally instigated the dead army - a flipping stone throw from Clegane? Give me a break.
By the way, I am very interested in what the dead dragon would do. My bet is on blue fire. :D

Well someone on reddit posted a whole explanation :tv:

Something about how the ice takes 3 days to become hard enough to support a human's weight (the wights didn't approach them because they would have sunk). So we're assuming the fellowship were there for a good 3 nights :tv: That's the same time it would take a raven to get to Dragonstone and for Dany to get to them.

There has been a dip in quality, but remember that even book 4 and 5 of Martin's series was pretty far below the great political intrigue of first 3. The showrunners actually managed to cut a lot of fat, extraneous characters and plotlines, to make it streamlined and not get out of hand. I agree that it is rushed, but it's a small gripe when the end is so epic.

Bluefire would look so dope. Kinda like Godzilla's atomic breath. :D
I feel like The Night King is gonna use the dragon to take down the wall.

Exactly, which is why I don't really mind the fast pacing all the much, especially when we're getting such epicness in return.

Exactly, I feel the whole point of the past seasons was to build plot, characters and the lore so it could all converge at one point in the end. We are finally at the end, and its all coming together. It is a bit fast, but I think they've done it quite brilliantly.

On earth...Lahore
episode 6

well this one was epic too but very much felt rushed a bit aswell... i mean if it was a normal episode it would be three episodes worth of content which happened in just this one :p i mean jon snow and gang went into, fought and waited and rescued all in one episode ! ahah

so the whole sansa and arya thing is very compelling, im almost led to believe that they are actually fighting ! are they ? hmm im confused now...

and that end part, damn i thought dragon went down wont turn but fraking night king turned him damnnnn

next week LAST EPISODE wtf
cobby whats the intention
Spoiler: show
