Jaime Lannister is officially disgusted with his sister Cersei for her selfish behavior, actor Nikolaj Coster-Waldau says in the wake of Sunday night’s
dramatic season 7 finale of
Game of Thrones. Among the episode’s many earth-shattering developments, we see Jon Snow and Daenerys arrive in King’s Landing with the wight they captured at a heavy cost north of the wall. Cersei gives audience to her enemies and is shocked when the Hound releases the wight from its box and it charges after her, providing a first-hand demonstration of what her kingdom will have to face as winter descends.
After being confronted with proof of the threat presented by the White Walkers and their army of the dead, Cersei seems to give in to the idea that it is time for her to put aside her personal ambitions and join forces with Daenerys and Jon Snow to prevent all Westeros from being overrun. However, Jaime soon learns that Cersei is only pretending to team up with her enemies and is planning her own devious power-play that involves sending Euron Greyjoy to Essos to procure the services of
the Golden Company, a mercenary army that Cersei believes will give her the ability to defeat Jon and Dany and hold on to power.

IndieWire about the events that transpired in the season 7 finale, and what the show has in store for his character in Season 8, Coster-Waldau addressed Jaime’s final break from his sister and her mad grasping for power:
“She has so little interest or regard for the rest of humanity. It’s all about just her power… He is truly disgusted by the way she acts. At this point, the threat is clearly real. He believes what he sees, he believes his brother, he believes Jon Snow, he believes Daenerys when she says there’s an army of 100,000 marching. That is so much bigger than anything they’ve ever faced… I think that at this point, even the fact that she’s pregnant, there are bigger things at stake because it’s true what he says,’“No matter what, if the dead wins, there will be no child.’ There is no choice.”
The final confrontation between Jaime and Cersei seems like it’s about to come to a bloody end with the Mountain drawing his sword and slicing Jaime to pieces, but Cersei ultimately refuses to give the order (just as she refused a few scenes earlier to let the Mountain kill Tyrion) and Jaime is allowed to walk away. We last see
Jaime leaving King’s Landing to ride north and join the true fight, and we’re all given a reminder of the stakes when snow begins fluttering down around him. In the
episode’s climax, the Night King uses a reanimated Viserion to burn down the wall, allowing his zombie army to flood through the rubble on their inexorable march south.
Considering the loyalty Jaime has shown Cersei over the years, and the fact that they have another child coming together, it was a shock to see the two of them go through this seemingly-final breakup. Jaime’s break from Cersei, a woman he has lied, murdered and crippled children for, would seem to be an indication that after many seasons of moral vacillation he is finally ready to complete his transformation into an actual hero (a transformation the show has hinted at more than once, only to see Jaime return to Cersei’s side for more highly dubious behavior). However, there’s always the possibility of one last twist in Jaime’s story. We won’t know until
Game of Thrones Season 8 unfolds if Jaime has truly and irrevocably broken away from Cersei’s influence, or if his weird and perverted love for her will overwhelm his good sense one last time.

ALSO that scene on the boat with dany and jon and tyrion looking at them at the door etc.. he felt troubled etc by jon and dany's hookup, could he betray them somehow hmm
i mean jon snow and gang went into, fought and waited and rescued all in one episode ! ahah
