I'm looking for a cheap phone in the 10-13K range. Will probably be buying tonight so need suggestions asap. No Q Mobiles or L Mobiles please.

- Preferably Android

Also add Xperia U in the list too. Despite its disadvantages (no MicroSD Slot, very limited memory, smaller screen), but its cheap hence affordable, good performer with its Dual Core processor, beautiful screen because of higher PPI ... for just a little extra.

Xperia U is 17kish from what I can gather which is out of my budget.. and I dont have enough time to look for the SU880, and the Q Mobiles are well, Q Mobiles.

Whats the general opinion on Galaxy Y?

Does anyone use a app called tasker? Also would like to know how to automate the tasker so that as soon as I get connwcted to my home wifi network it should automatically start the tTorrent app

Ok so i tried updating my xperia arc s to ics using sony pc companion but i keep getting this error which says the phone contains a modified software which cannot be updated. I looked it up on the internet and the bootloader is probably unlocked? I don't the slightest idea about what a bootloader is so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Sony doesn't allow users to update their phones if the bootloader is unlocked. You just search XDA forums for help.

    Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.

    tbh gaming industry as a whole is failing much like tech industry. They have buckled down too much to Corporate suites then relying on passionate and innovative people. A corporate only believes in financial growth and shareholders.
