Holy shit a brand new Platinum game on PS4/PC is a megaton.

Also that The Quiet Man looked incredibly weird (I am super intrigued).

No one knows. There is a lot of confusion about what the hell Sony is even doing.

We know its a 90 minute conference, same as MS.

We don't know 100% whether they will only have 4 games spread across 90 minutes or break between them with normal game reveals etc.

All I know is, as good as this E3 has been so far ..if Resident Evil 2 Remake doesn't get formally revealed, it will be a failed E3 in my eyes.

Or if I put it in another way, the impression I got from the original teaser trailer was representing an almost exclusively Blade Runner-esq theme. Looking at this trailer, I am not sure what to expect from the final game.

I think you should read their interview from 5 years ago to get a better idea of what to expect. Mike Pondsmith's vision is different and this game gives him the freedom to experiment with his source material as he wants.

“Most people think cyberpunk is just a summary of specific tropes; big guns, dark streets and dangerous guys in ubiquitous leather dusters,” writes Pondsmith in the first of a series of excellent blogs on the Cyberpunk 2077 website. “But the core of cyberpunk is a lot more subtle than that. Cyberpunk is about the seductive qualities of corruption and decay… It doesn’t have to be dirty or grimy on the physical level. But on the psycho-social level, even the cleanest and most orderly Corp-zone should be rife with darkness and collapse.”

“There are lots of cyber games around, but there’s not a lot of punk in those games,” adds Mateusz. “We want to put more punk into ours. We do not want to make a dark and hopeless world. We are not doing Blade Runner. It will be full of rock and roll.”

“It’s more like a Tarantino approach,” Sebastian concludes.

Any dark city scene with neon lights and rainy weather automatically gets the Blade Runner label attached to it. Game won't be short on delivering those "Blade Runner-esq feels" due to underlying visual similarities of the world they portray and the trailer had some of that too. This edited picture further proves my point.

Speaking of cyberpunk vision though, the long lost 'father of the CDPR haters' William Gibson also didn't like the new Blade Runner 2049. Like Sapkowski's saltiness, hes probably butt-hurt that CDPR has copyrights on 'Cyberpunk xxxx'. Sapkowski had harsh words for Witcher games as well and look how that turned out for CDPR lol

well ea conf was fine the usual fifa and such but bf5 was fine and damn ANTHEM omg im hyped for this game

ms conference wow im sold this time around. they really did good. DMC 5 reveal was AWESOME hyped for this babbbyyy, they are really putting effort into their services and xbox game pass is great they just need more exclusives to put on it
