Being a wateen subscriber and going through a lot of hell i am finally changing my isp from wateen.I wanted to post my last online discussion through wateen csr.Wateen give you P2P THROTTLING,STUPID BROWSING PROBLEMS AND HIGH LATENCY.I am attaching my chat for all of you to read and decide.

Mehfooz : I have been a user of PTCL before but now I am using Wateen the best of all. There is nothing to wonder if PTCL is giving speed on torrent but in peak hours PTCL transfer rate remains below 70 KB but on Wateen Network transfer rate remains above 100 KB most of the time even in peak hours. I am just sharing my experience regarding services.
devilskreed: sorry i am so disappointed by wateen u cant imagine.The answer is all here.My line quality is good and fiberoptics.And i am subscribing to 4mbps for just a 300 rs increase

i hate em too!!!, i had heir connection two years ago and i ran out of their limit in 3 days, so i decided to return their 'dabba' nd get my security that i deposited, they said, one month usage will be deducted from my security, i said 'hell with you' and have kept the 'dabba' ever since, although i have recieved many calls for its return but i m still like ' hell with you Abuses will lead to banez!!
They even offered me 500, but i said ' i want my security...
Not everyone can give danda to wateen...

Dude.... I'm using Worldcall 2mb. On torrents. I get 250kB/s speed usually with seeds up to 1000 or more. But.. on some torrents that have the same or even more seeds. I dont get any better than 40-50. Torrents work like that.

despite all the misery, the wateen guy is correct about ptcl..i have 250-300ms ping and some friends got similar pings on ptcl dsl..but it works until 300..and after that it becomes irritating

He is partially correct, not completely. You HAVE to know how PTCL works or incase, HOW TO MAKE IT WORK BETTER for you. Seriously, 80% of the people i face are facing problem with their Line Quality, DSL to door ki baat hay.
I'll put it this way ... if you dont know how PTCL works, simply don't go for it. Because all you get is troubles troubles & more troubles. BUT if you know how to tackle them, you wont face any problem at all.

you can say same thing for wateen..and every company out there offering internet service..
anyways ptcl dsl is the best option..i admit you have to face some serious troubles but only in the starting..(lineman ko thora maal khilao, sab set hojai ga

I also had a very bad experience with Wateen and Wi tribe also. Don't go for wateen and wi-tribe. They are both the same and the worst.
