Being a wateen subscriber and going through a lot of hell i am finally changing my isp from wateen.I wanted to post my last online discussion through wateen csr.Wateen give you P2P THROTTLING,STUPID BROWSING PROBLEMS AND HIGH LATENCY.I am attaching my chat for all of you to read and decide.

Mehfooz : You might have different point of views regarding this. There are hundred of other ways to download stuff on the internet. TORRENT is not only the limit.

Mehfooz : I have been a user of PTCL before but now I am using Wateen the best of all. There is nothing to wonder if PTCL is giving speed on torrent but in peak hours PTCL transfer rate remains below 70 KB but on Wateen Network transfer rate remains above 100 KB most of the time even in peak hours. I am just sharing my experience regarding services.
devilskreed: sorry i am so disappointed by wateen u cant imagine.The answer is all here.My line quality is good and fiberoptics.And i am subscribing to 4mbps for just a 300 rs increase
devilskreed: torrent is not the only issue.i do online gaming and there it is WATEENS HIGHEST PING STREAK
