I'v tried alot man.I tried to have a healthy diet and gain weight but I just can't :/ It's just increasing and decreasing however a month ago it went all the way to 45 KG and then decreased.PG'ers said that my metabolism is fast.
You wanna gain fat join gym eat junk food and then leave the gym and then you wont be saying that u dont gain weight no matter u do what it will start increasing and you will find yourself hard to control :-D

Not eating and losing weight doesn't mean you are getting healthier but sick actually. Include, vegetables in your diet. Fish, chicken are a must. Continue with brawn bread and egg whites while try to refrain from having KNN fried stuff. Eat a lot of water and get a proportion of food every 3 hours. Enough research work is done on eat-no eat program and it really works. If you are working on body aesthetics then hit the gym as well. Cardio in the morning and gym in evening can work wonders.

thanks for the input, i knew i was doing it wrong, but after the orignal post i started eating different stuff,now i daily eat atleast 2 3kg of cantaloupe[FONT=arial, sans-serif]. i used to eat salaad but not any more i was fedup from it, once a while i eat chicken steak, but no fish, and by vegitables u means i should start eating salaad again?

Exactly! vegetables must have a consideration proportion of your diet. Try to have a meal every 3 hours; you will be lot fresher, feel strength and will start losing fats very soon. However, it is not magic that would work overnight. Continue with your diet and exercise and evaluate yourself at the end of month or two. You will see the difference yourself.

Head to the site I sent, you will find many. However, I would rather you focus on overall body fat reduction which includes cardio, weight lifting and eating right. And cardio doesn't mean treadmill but as someone already pointed in the above posts, you may resort to any technique that suits you ranging from swimming to rope skipping. Weight lose is tough but not impossible.
Cd u plz tell me that web site too?

I started going to the gym on the 23rd of January this year. Ever since that day I haven't missed a single day of gym except for 8 days in June because of my exams and Sundays because the gym is closed that day. I usually workout for around 1.5-2 hours 6 days a week. It mostly consists of 5-10 minutes of cycling as a warm-up then exercises for the part I'm doing that particular day then a few exercises for core and obliques. Usually 10-12 exercises per day. I do like to challenge myself so I keep increasing the weight/reps whenever I feel like I can. Here's my normal week: Monday - Legs and Core
Tuesday - Chest
Wednesday - Back
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Triceps
Saturday - Biceps

Recently I've been having pain in my knees, occasional pain in upper and lower back, sometimes in my chest, sometimes elbows :\ So my question is, am I overtraining?

This is a Pakistani site and still the diet written is all English, no mention of any Paki food or roti etc? lol

if its joint pain. ,I had same problem last year .. doctor told me I was very low on VitaminD and below normal on calcium . :/ when treated it got better ... Joint pains are never good

Dude your body needs rest ... even if u are superman :p
and excess of anything is dangerous so consider resting and reducing time of gym ... because whatever you do you cant have the best result in just one day :p

and watch out for your other activities and your exercise angles pain can be caused by wrong angles and this back n joint pain is not good ... you can do some exercise for your back too ..

Sorry for late response. Had you quoted me, I would have been alerted.
Anyways, the panacea for all your pain is a doctor. Exercises relax a person rather than giving pain. I was thinking about your diet, but rejected that factor on the basis of your condition. Since you are having pain in joints and muscles and have not mentioned any weakness.
Bottomline, consult a doctor at your earliest.

All is good now :) Apparently I just needed a few days off. The "weird" feeling in my right knee has disappeared and no more pain anywhere.
I'm back at the gym now but I've changed from a 6 day split to a 5 day split in which one day is solely for cardio in which there are no weighted exercises so the muscles aren't stressed as they usually would be.

I dont know guys im starting to get weaker day by day and getting fat tummy and lil lazy plus my body pains most of the times.Cant even run a few blocks.Im also taking supplements but no benefit still getting weaker.Im just 17 what will happen when i get 30 / A

I haven't been able to spare time for gym, lately. I am afraid I won't be able to take out time for it in the near future either. I have decided to try a few selected exercises every morning to get rid of the unnecessary belly fat that I am burdened with. However, I was thinking it might be a good idea to get dumbbells to strengthen my biceps, triceps, forearms and wrists.

Now then, what weights are recommended for exercising the arms and what weight is desirable for exercising the wrists and forearms (for somebody who is 80kgs but hasn't worked for quite a while now)? I would also like to know if chrome dumbbells here (Chrome Dumbbells - APOLLO SPORTS) are okay to exercise with or if I need a different kind. Plus, I would really appreciate if anyone can recommend some really good exercises for each of those muscles.
