u r in your growing age. u might gain some height in a year or 2 and become a little skinny. though your weight wont change.

weight loss is not a viable option right now i.m.o
and 57Kg is normal.

dropped to 75 from 82 kg . Currently the progress has been stopped due to ramzan. Insh Allah will follow my normal routine after eid.
In my experience , its all about what u eat. Eating right to lose weight is very hard in the beginning but once u resist the temptations , u gain will power and can easily ignore all the junk food. thats what i did.

First u need to make up ur mind , grab some motivation , imagine ureself in amazing body. Also look into mirror how pathetic you are . That will give u some serious concern about ureself . Take a pic of ure present self , and after each kg dropped, take another pic . and compare it with previous one . any change even a slight one will increase ur motivation greatly. With every improvement in pic , ull have much better control on ur diet . Before having a junk food , ull think twice.

If controlling is very hard and youre mother makes a tasty fried chicken for you . just think that this chicken will never go away in ur life , if u cant have it now , u can have it any other time. Believe in ureself that once i get my desired result , i can have my desired meal as this food will never go away.

Sometimes it is difficult to control when u go out with friends, make sure u have bbq( no handias) e.g chicken piece etc. and obviously NO to fried food

One more important thing never starve ureself, thats the most biggest mistake we make , if u dont eat , ur metabolism stop working . Eventually u get so much hungry that u start to eat everything and think that since u havent eaten anything, ur safe to have a large meal .The food doesnt get burned cuz ur metabolism is significantly lower. They key is to have small meals from time to time , and a healthy one.
whenever u feel hungry , eat something. dont starve because it wont do u any good.

Food plays the most important 70%, while 30% is ur gym. If u manage to control ur diet , ur bound to get good results. But if u think that gym is more imp , then progress wil be slow or none at all.

As for diet , strongly avoid the following:
Roti
Naan,
Rice
all the fried stuff
snacks of course
drinks including diet coke
salans also , they contain lot of oil, u dont want that

things u can have includes , brown bread , egg white (no yolk), steamed, grilled chicken , fruits ( but not that much), some vegetables bolied or make a salad which i prefer. U ccan have some bbq , such as chicken boti , but no kababs. u can buy K&Ns balogne slices which u can make sandwhich. Subway is a good option too but u have to go easy on the sauces. if craving for some pizza , have 2 slices max. mcdonalds and kfc is poison . water is greatest , there is no substitute to that, dont go for any juices out there . if ure feeling very thirsty and some one ask u for coke, drink water immediately. it will remove ur craving. drink water before any meal and 30 min after the meal.

all seem tough , but im telling u, only first week is tough, rest is pretty much easy and ull be amazed how ur weight dropping quickly.

One more thing, u need to be consistent in ur gym if u want result fast. NEVER SKIP GYM , even if ure bit sleepy. U can take off for two days but not more then that . Secondly, forget about treadmill and all cardio crap . its too boring . only focus on weight lifting. Just 30 min of good heavy workout can burn ur calories for next 48 hours . this is known as afterburning effect and weight lifting is the most effective.

Not saying that cardio isnt effective , u can lose weight ofcourse , but u wont gain any muscles plus its too boring. In weight lifting u have easy target , lets say u need to complete 3 sets of 10 reps bench pressing. Not running in same place for 1 hour. if gym isnt ur thing , go for swimming, it will give u same effect as cardio (at much faster rate), but ofcourse no muscle mass. Because it will eat away all the fat , and leaving nothing for muscle build . In weight lifting , ur fat is converted into muscles so that gives u double advantages. This i have experienced my self.

Normally when i follow my routine , i loose one 1kg in 1 week. U can check ureself if u followed ur routine properly . Also u can have a cinnamon powder (darchini) , u swallow one tablespoon with warm water. It keeps u less hungry and also burns fat .You can have this after breakfast .

loosing weight is not that hard , u just need to have will power to control ur diet . rest will come to u easily . keep recording ur weight and take pic of ureself for comparison .

Very nice, I would recommend you to stay as you are and don't interfere in the natural system of your body, it may cause other problems. If you want, then increase the amount of milk in your diet but avoid junk food. Only eat at restaurants once in a week, not more than that.

umm need ur help mate. I am 23 years old, my waist is 31 and weigh around 56 kg. Now the problem is that whenever I eat too much, it seems like its only my tummy that grows fat, what u call in urdu as "tond". Whatever I eat it, my other body parts remain the same, but my tummy keeps growing, so I stop eating for some days and its happening since God knows when. Can u please tell me something so that i should gain some weight on other body parts like arms, legs etc!!

Current there is no specific diet plan:

Breakfast: 1 omelette with 1 paratha (i skip breakfast when my uni is off, cuz i wake up late, then its direct lunch)
Lunch: anything home made like nihari, aloo gosht, bhindi, keema but whatever it is, its with 2 roti's or parathas! Or biryani, chinese food like spaghetti's, macaroni!
Evening: 1 packet of instant noodles (Maggi or Knorr)
Night: anything home made as mentioned in lunch
Late night: a bag of chips (Lays, Kurleez, Kurkure) with a bottle of coke, or some other beverage like Barbican or some juice like Nestle, Gatorade etc!

I seldom eat fast food like pizza, burger, shawarma but that's like 4 or 5 times a month!
Also visit some restaurants twice a month (could be desi, chinese, mediterranean)

Can someone tell me a few exercises to reduce hips/get them in shape? Currently they're like fat balloons.

Also will reducing the fat from hips affect my overall weight?

I currently weigh 70KGs and am 5'5"

Head to the site I sent, you will find many. However, I would rather you focus on overall body fat reduction which includes cardio, weight lifting and eating right. And cardio doesn't mean treadmill but as someone already pointed in the above posts, you may resort to any technique that suits you ranging from swimming to rope skipping. Weight lose is tough but not impossible.
