Take her on a drive and propose while driving. You would have a good excuse to not look at her while talking seriously and she won't be able to steam off on you. If she gets angry, there'll be time for cooling off. Make sure you're on a highway or something

Now you can do many things in this scenario.

First you could ask her what are you doing on 14th feb ? and she would be like nothing, so you would be like lets go out or something like that? perhaps chill at a cafe? or watch a movie or some shit like that., Then you could ask her do you like music? and then you could take her to a concert or a gig or something like that. Also if you want to get with her on valentines, you could suprise her, like tell her friends to get her at location 'x' and then you would suprise her there. ,
You should also get a red rose for her when you go out with her, but best thing is to you know like tell her to chill with you on feb 14 and it would be pretty obvious ,and you guys are enjoying and all of a sudden you tell her you like her and then you get it with her? (relationship) , Feel me bro?
