Alright, i want to update to the new 2.5 dashboard, but I don't wanna get banned on Live, I recently played Black Ops but wasn't connected to the internet at the time.
My first question is, do I first update my firmware or the dashboard?
Second question, will my xbox be flagged for a ban because I played a pirated copy of Black Ops?
Thirdly, will the cost of updating the firmware be around 1000Rs and what's the best place to get this done, I want to go to a shop

1: Firmware
2: Possibly. But not if it is properly patched. (can't say really TBH)
3: It should be about 1k-1.5k depending on location. Cant say about location, but try out PG store, they are very good at what they do :)

I updated my console on 19th Jan, BO, MW2 and Reach stopped working. I updated to LT+ and i ordered the prepatched games.
Firstly, will the games work now?
Secondly, will it be safe to play online?
Thirdly, games that will come out now, will they have the AP2.5 security check or will they work fine without the patch.

2: Cant really say... But as safe as it gets
3: Dont know, but I believe that all new games will have AP2.5 security checks, but they will be activated somewhat randomly via updates.(Cant really say, mere speculation)

my consoles liteon 74850 drive is on ixtreme LT atmt... i wish to upgrade to LT+ which requires the KEY files and stuff.

i dont have the backup files for JF from the last FW update; as i didnt do it myself; and the guy who did it refuses to provide me the copy.

is there any way i can extract the KEY from the drive without implememnting the MRA hack?

PS im not gonna buy probe v2 for it obviously!

No way currently. But if you send me ur drive, will send you the key backup via email after MRA'ing it if you want :D

thats very kind of you; but the whole agenda behind this masquerade dies if i get it done from anyone....
btw wats the probability of getting the drives PCB fried by MRA hack? considering the fact that its done by a prospective electrical engineer with moderate soldering skills?

5-10% I guess. I use a probe 2 , so I do 2 cuts only and no hassle :D

ok so a noob question firstly i have an xbox jasper elite modded with lt and softmod the thing is from day 1 i cant get it to play godfather 2 saints row 1 and crackdown i just left those games alone tried many copies but get open tray error in these games now to top it of modernwarfare 2 is also giving open tray error i have tried 5 copies till now is there any solution to this?wht if i go from lt to nonstealth?

Sounds like a weak lens to me. godfather 2 will run on simple LT, no softmod....

    Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.

    tbh gaming industry as a whole is failing much like tech industry. They have buckled down too much to Corporate suites then relying on passionate and innovative people. A corporate only believes in financial growth and shareholders.
