if an under sea cable is in the process of repairing how can it be possible for an isp to give full access to direct downloads and not for torrents, seeders and peers are connecting but they are not speeding up i wonder if they are gonna solve this issue in time if not ptcl gonna lose tons of customers

I possible you can use VPNBOOK – OpenVPN. I'm using it and getting full speed on torrents. It doesn't contain any malware like Hotspot.

^Well it depends on which tracker you are using. Like on IPT and Torrentday bonus point system helps a lot in maintaining your ratio. If you are seeding healthy and multiple torrents you can easily survive without even 1:1 ratio uploading but on other trackers at least maintain 1:1 ratio (means for 700mb upload 700mb) and you are good to go.

I'm getting full speed every time. I have 1MB so my downloading speed is between 80-100kb

To maintain a good ratio, you will need to upload allot and that is not possible in Pakistan. Freeleach for donators only I think. Last option is that you can also seed for 48hrs even is no one is

downloading. LAst method is also not possible as 2 days is a long time and no one seeds for this longer. Your best shot is to contact [MENTION=11436]Saadio[/MENTION] after 30th March as he is providing upload service in

cheap(1GB/1RS). Get 100GB upload credit from him and enjoy

Guys please recomend me some good private tracker like IPT , Because IPT sucks now due to that seeding rule, i upload 1tb so my ratio is good but they want us to seed the torrent which we download so that not possible please recomend me some other tracker i am changing my tracker now
