Crappy quality of movies and a abundance of them this and previous year

i agree with this reason only , bcoz movies thread used to have higher profile as compared to tv shows thread a few months back.
another reason i can think of is that most of the regular pg users who used to posts on movies thread are getting more interest in tv thread , including my fav troller [MENTION=39702]K3yser[/MENTION] and the angry egoist [MENTION=1245]HAMMER of THOR[/MENTION]

New series Vikings

well action and fantasy is the priority then watch the battlestar galacticca... fantasy is sci fi but no science mumbo jumbo talks... otherwise, vikings should be good... and if you want just another shows without thinking of quality then try stuff like legend of the seeker etc...

oh read your post again...there are other genres too... so try vampire diaries or "jericho" or person of interest

do give sci fi a chance... i hated it too due to star trek... but my "life" changed after i watched BSG

well it was the first of its kind... it kinda led the way to the modern high budget tv series and mystery etc... many have been trying to mimic its success with series like the event, alcatraz, flashforward, last resort etc... but they have failed simply because we had seen it all before too many times and it was too late to cash in on its success... where series like prison break succeeded these series failed... they are still trying to find that allusive "lost" remake or something... a fresh and brilliant idea is not enough to survive nowadays..we have been stung by lost that way, as the quality will take a super nose dive... Lost also taught us how to stretch a series by introducing useless and petty drama which no one wants to see... and lost has the suckiest ending of all times for such a highly watched series... seriously the worst ending of all times without a shadow of a doubt

person of interest is quite good... it has quite a good thrill in the story... breaking bas is more crime thriller while person of interest is action/thriller/scifi/spy stuff

dude here we do , but abroad , ratings are falling and also are not high as compare to other shows , some showz are brilliant but those americans fucking miss them , recently hannibal i will call as underrated americans not giving it a chance to watch

many gems get cancelled and what not... you just cannot go for the ratings to judge a show... we only care about it as it leads to cancellations and that sucks...

I have a feeling it's not only Reese who's going to get the Admin throne, but along him, Root too. Finch happened to manipulate the phone call to have it call two phones and appoint two admins simultaneously. Long shot, but whatever

Screw that, I'm more interested in how the Finch-Reese relationship develops ever since Reese found out FInch had sold the laptop, possibly for the money which he is now using to fund his 'mission'. So, causing the trouble and providing a possible solution simultaneously

Person of Interest is excellent but how can you compare POI to BBT.

Secondly, if you haven't already seen Breaking Bad, I'll suggest watching that first.
