Yeah, it's very unstable at first. You're just bursting with excitement that you can change this dream into ANYTHING, that you lose control. Trust me, this has happened a lot. :/

A little tip to get control more frequently of dreams (when you didn't plan it). Look at your hands every day to see that you have 5 fingers. If it becomes a habit, you'll do that IN the dreams as well. And in dreams, you NEVER have 5 fingers. That is how first got control of my dream. I remembered INSIDE the dream that if you have more fingers, then you're dreaming.

And voila it worked. But the dream ended as I got excited

Absolutely Right as i got excited every thing goes blur... and dream ends.

i dont know what happens with others but for me .. its start like a normal dream and in some point i start feeling like it cant be real try to change situation the more hard i tried the fast dream ends according to my experience. when i realized its a dreamz for the first attempt i tried to change the situation like i told you .. in one of my dream i was jumping like a hulk .

I believe that is due to Sleep paralysis

I've tried Lucid Dreaming once or twice. It does work, I had full consciousness of what I was doing. Except I couldn't control it, I couldn't MAKE stuff or do something special. It was like life, except the place and other stuff was changed

Not something as grim as a death but i did see a dream where i got to meet a friend. The next day, he came to meet me and i swear he was wearing the same shirt as in my dream.

About Lucid Dreaming, i have plenty of such dreams and some of them are pretty damn scary for me. I can't even talk in such dreams and most of them end up being horrific to me. In such dreams, i try my best to wake up and i eventually do but i can't control what's happening in my dream.

Now a days due to winter, i hear alot of cracking sounds from door and appliances .
Just the other night i was in the kitchen , the time on the clock was 4am and i was making tea, and then after sometime i heard some creaking sound ! , meri to halat tight ho gayi but then i released it's due to some physics shit.

Didn't have much experience with this stuff (or maybe I forgot all of them once I wake up), but I do sometimes had a feeling of falling down a black hole at neck break speeds which lasts for a very long time, and when I finally hit the ground, its the moment I wake up. I'm pretty sure I could still feel the impact of falling through such heights. Anybody had similar experience like this ?

OMG. This.
I've experienced this quite a lot of times. Falling from skies and shit, and waking up as I hit the ground. It's scary.
I dunno about you but I experience this at least once a week.

A little experiment. Try listening to this for 30 mins before going to sleep. I read this sound frequency is similar to what our brain produces when we sleep/ dream.

well some houses are places are --the term heavy --baisra or some thing --

some of these entities also get attached to some one or pass on from generation to generation with out you even knowing that they are there purpose of being there -

its only when well its different for every one --i believe in these things as have encounterd many different things over the years --yes u get scared ---and yes u do hear them when they want to be heard -and yes they do mischief some times -

lolll as i am used to there presence in my house does not bother me --what does bother me is when my kids say who is that person siting on the roof corner ---lolll ---damn --

i asked my son what it was --he said a small boy is siting on the roof corner --making faces a us -
lolll .

anyway ---jinn are there ---i go various maglis etc and try to be on the right side of things ----what i am told is
these entities are with my family since the last 90 years or so --passed on from gen to gen --

the pir sb said that they wont harm you --but its there duty assigned to them for protection and hence will stay -
i asked various questions but he refused to answer them ---saying done get involved int hings which can hurt u later -

so i never questioned it ------lolll .

its a entire family living with us ---he said 2 kids / mother father and a grand mother ---the grand mother of these entities is a cranky one as she causes mischief ----like pictures falling --lights some times turning on -

etc etc ..

but yeah ---they some times scare the hell out of you
