I need some information...

I am from Kabirwala, Punjab. I wanna know how can I upgrade to VDSL2? I upgraded my connection to 6mbps yesterday because now PTCL bill for 4mbps and 6mbps are almost the same. I asked the live chat agent but he didnt say much and said I will only get it on ADSL2. Is there anything I can do to get VDSL2? I have already a TP-Link router capable of VDSL2. Only need to upgrade the line. Dont want to get the device from PTCL.

if you are testing on wifi try to change channel 1 or 3 that give me best upload on my 50mb gpon 52 down 39 upload
channels like 6 11 13 etc only give 20mb upload 35 down on 50mb con

The only real WiFi channels are 1, 6 and 11. This is due to the 22 MHz channel spacing between all of them.

The performance everyone gets on WiFi channels are different depending on surroundings and interference. In your case, you get bad upload on 11, but I use that for all home routers because none of my neighbors use 11 and it's the least crowded channel.

Yup its been constant after the restart. Send him a screenshot of your upstream and tell him you should be getting 10mbps.

This is exactly what I faced too. It used to start from 10 and then reduced to 7 and hovered between 5 and 6 in the end. I'm not sure why restarting the modem didn't work for you. Maybe try resetting it?

lol,i recently got my distribution pole changed.got new drop wire changed and i am directly connected to modem without any splitters in between for land line phone...

anything happened to ptcl now ? cant browse any site
request timed out on every ip i am trying to ping. Even speedtest.net is not opening.
