This time its confirm i have checked it with exchange.

Just went to the Aslam Market office today myself for my shitty internet for the past two months... It wasn't pleasant and my insides were bubbling up by the anger because these imbeciles said "You have 10mb... that is why you're getting 1mb speed because your line can't support it. Downgrade to 4mb and your internet will run fine." (Did downgrade to 4mb and no difference what so ever... did this like 15 times even before this.)

Anyways. Midway me chewing up the guy. He goes "If you can wait 4-5 months then you can get gpon and then you'll even be able to run 50mb" Also said that he was contacting the main branch about this for a while now and they finally did a survey and approved the upgrade.

BASTARD PTCL i complaint to PTA about frequent disconnect first they downgraded my speed from 10mb to 4mb and now to 2mb. They told me your line only support 2mb WTF i was getting 11566kbps speed

Some areas like benazir/chairman colony are already provided with fiber connections. Hopefully they will upgrade the entire cantt by the end of this year. Fingers crossed

How did u get 10mbps uploads bcz im currently dming twitter guy alot and he just doesnt admitt that 10mbps upload is the standard on this connection. im getting 5mbps right now as my upload speed. Did u use another source?

Yes dsl guy is my friend.. I told him the screenshots and told him that PTCL has increased upload speed. He changed my setting from the backend as their system was saying ADSL and not VDSL.. he fixed it for me.. Share your line stats.

Maybe im wrong but isnt updating it to 10mbps just a profile change from the backend? i dont think it requires any kind of other updates. Am i right?

No, not FTTH. The fibre is installed till the pole DP box I suppose. And yes it's confirmed as my friend lives there and he has the fiber connection from almost 2 years.

Can someone please trace route this IP: 13.67.60.237 using their VDSL connection. I need to know because Rainbow 6 is my main fps and if i upgrade to VDSL will i get good latency/routing to SEAS servers. Just ignore the request time out after 10 to 15 hops and post results here.

Vdsl or adsl doesnt make any difference in your latency...

Maybe im wrong but isnt updating it to 10mbps just a profile change from the backend? i dont think it requires any kind of other updates. Am i right?

My profile was updated automatically. And they upgraded some settings in the back end as well.
