Can someone explain to me why I get 2 to 2.2mb/s speed on a torrent but 3 to 3.2mb/s total when i'm running multiple torrents? I should get 3mb/sec on a torrent if I'm only downloading 1 torrent. I have a 30mbps connection.

SNR fluctuates, you experience CRC errors until you disconnect. Then modem re-syncs and it works for a while before error rate becomes too high and SNR drops below 0. If your attenuation is below 30 but SNR is fluctuating, it's probably your line is experiencing some sort of interference. But most probably it's a backend issue (1218).
The real question is how do you deal with the frustration when it happens. Because it will solve on it's own but who knows when.
Anyway I have been talking to exchange guys for past few days, and they admit the network is not able to sustain the connection loads. Sooner or later we are going to face another internet blackout as it happened a few years ago. PTCL has been using low quality china equipment it was inevitable.

I always have high pings on Asian BF4, Europe is better. Although less people play at this time of day, pings to Europe are around 180-200 for me.
on singpore servers the ping was 110ms a month back but now its over 250+ somtimes 400ms registered a complaint but they didnt found any issue otherwise the ping are great on eu server 159-170 for me.
So, I've called my exchange numerous times, they assure me someone will be by and nobody comes. I've visited the exchange and was told the same thing. Complained to PTCLCares thrice. It's been 9 days since I first lodged my complaint.
I've been getting 2 Mbit speeds when I'm paying for 8 Mbit. Line stats are fine, just the sync speed is lowered.
I'm planning on lodging a complaint with PTA, and I was wondering how long PTA takes to address complaints. Any idea?
Any one of you facing dead/slow browsing but download speed normal, im facing this issue since last week its kinda dead slow sometimes..
