So, I've called my exchange numerous times, they assure me someone will be by and nobody comes. I've visited the exchange and was told the same thing. Complained to PTCLCares thrice. It's been 9 days since I first lodged my complaint.
I've been getting 2 Mbit speeds when I'm paying for 8 Mbit. Line stats are fine, just the sync speed is lowered.
I'm planning on lodging a complaint with PTA, and I was wondering how long PTA takes to address complaints. Any idea?
