saw "ANNABELLE CREATION" at universal cinemas ULTRA screen last night

Spoiler: show

well horror movies are fun in the cinema and this was no different, had much laughs and scares LOL in this one..

well taking a stepback from insidious and previous annabelle etc they have toned down the jump stuff a bit although there were some scenes that gave those jumpscares but it was toned down from previous ones

the movies first hour is quite good the story and slowly giving that who what when etc stuff and still leaving mystery for the end etc...

the janice and other girl with her portrayed their roles very accurately and as should had been. the whole middle of nowhere orphanage was kinda scary to begin with and no people coming to visit them was kinda more scary aswell haha i mean they could had shown some people coming to look at the children but No haha

anyways
Spoiler: show
loved how the end joined the first parts beginning together :D and that demon nun in here in the pic VANEK was damn wtf from conjuring 2

i think though the first annabelle was much horror than this maybe because there was one woman fighting all this demonic activities instead of a bunch of girls in the sequel.

King Arthur Legend of the sword: Charlie Hunnam looked like Tom Hardy. Well that movie was entertaining. Good direction and acting. Those action scenes reminded me of God of War. I hope next part would be better than this. 7/10.

Ghost in the shell:
Never saw that anime movie or play any game of it. One of the best CGI I’ve seen because this movie was beautiful, it looked great even in a bluray Scarlett did her part wonderfully action was little disappointing for me 6.5/10.

The Mummy: Critics bashed this movie however IMO it was not that bad. Didn’t show more powers of the mummy as they showed in previous series but still its favorable because of Tom Cruise I guess 6/10.

Kung Fu Yoga: Utter Bullshit. Not expecting that kind of movie from Jackie Chan. Except for some action scenes this movie is BAADDD 3/10.

Before I Fall: A bit like spectral but in drama genre and somehow after first act it felt to me more like I was watching Life Is Strange (The Game) 6.5/10.

Hindi Medium: This movie has a strong message. They showed reality but from different perspective. Some scenes were good and real 5/10.

Annabelle Creation: Saw it at Cinestar Ali Trade Center. It’s a treat for horror movie fans. 1[SUP]st[/SUP] part was actually the 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] part and 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] one is origin story . But whatever it is, I loved it. Annabelle’s first entry was awesome. Now days Jump scares scenes are must for every horror movie but other than jump scares this movie have some great spooky scenes. Watched it in a cinema hall which was full with more females than males and heard screams on some jump scare scenes. Another strong entry in conjuring series 8/10. Now waiting for The Nun.

What happened to Monday

Well we missed her in Prometheus sequel but here she did a nice job playing all these characters. A nice movie, overall the concept was really an eye opener for us.
More than gpoba warming or consumption of fossil fuel, food and water will be our biggest thing to worry about in years to come n human population is the worst danger this planet is facing. But instead of addressing the issue, the story went sideways but in a nice way. A good time pass 6/10

6 Days

Well back in 1980s when it happened, it was for sure a tragic incident. But in 2017, one can instantly feel it was first false flag by the country which will orchestrate many such incidents in the future just to stay relevant in the global arena.
It was birth of modern journalism where news channels became reality shows and govts made radical changes to their foreign policies by self inflicted injuries.
Mark Strong as always was good in the movie along with decent acting by Cornish. "Rusty" was just rusty, no character development. The terrorist guy "Salim" played his role better than Bell.

A decent movie which could have been made even better with some more back story n character development. 6/10

My cousin Rachel

Well TV has got so much better these days that a feature film has to be very good to make some impression and this movie almost made it's. I was surfing through the trailers on YouTube and came across a trailer of the movie with cover of "Wicked Game" by Annaca and Ursine Vulpine and I fell in love with this version of the song. How often we download a whole movie just for one soundtrack :) me never
As much as I loved the song the movie was also quite interesting. Rachel did a nice job playing her mysterious character of same name. 7/10

LOGAN (2017)

"RIGHT IN THE FEELS."

I'm speechless. In history of cinema and superhero movies, this may only be the second time where an actor has OWNED a character to it's very core, like Hugh Jackman did for Wolverine. (First one being Joker, Heath Ledger). He is so great that he is Wolverine, The heart and soul of X-Men. He what makes X-Men, X-Men. And I know he will never be replaced from our hearts, ever.

The pacing is just right. Perfect chemistry between Charles and Logan, funny ol' f*ckers. Logan may look old, but my god this guy looks ravishing. And the pain on his face ... not sure who to give credit to, the makup artist or Jackman :S Reading glasses ... nice touch. What's even more impressive is how Weapon-X and Logan, despite being played by Jackman alone, feel absolutely different from each other. Caliban was handsdown, a badass. Grenades are a way to go. The X-Child was hilarious when 'being a child'. Bad choice to let her open her mouth. She was so great being mysterious. I so missed other X-Men :(.

By the end, i was silent. Not knowing what to think. "So this is how it feels like." No. Logan isn't the best super hero movie of all time. It doesn't come close to other X-Men movies as a whole. However, for a "Logan" movie, this is by far the best of all in the series. The only thing bothering me right now, is the timeline created here. I don't know how this will affect the franchise as a whole, but honestly, i never want it to end. I give it 10/10. Jackman! You shall be missed, Sire. :(
Man this movie and Johnny Cash song "Hurt" made a perfect match for this amazing send-off to Jackman. Without a doubt, the best movie ever made on a comic character.

Loved the movie myself. Perfect chemistry between the duo. Critics have no sense of humor these days, they just like misery or comics [emoji23]
It was a a good fun time movie. Script was on point n both of them played their characters quite well. SLJ even sang quite well n his joke about Triple X was also well timed. Story wise it was nothing special rather a comedy version of a similar movie by RR n Denzel Washington Safe House maybe that's why people didn't like it that much.
Overall a complete entertainment. Salma Hayek role was brief but loved her dialogues. Some really good script writing which kept the movie entertaining otherwise it would have been a big disappointment if there was no humor in it.

Baywatch....................(7/10) watched in HD, well this made me very nostalgic as it reminded me of late 90's when this show was aired on Star World and crushed on Pamela Anderson, damn those were the days!! Anyways movie was ok to watch, plus one for Alexandra Daddario and Kelly Rohrbach hotness, good for time pass!!

Going in Style..................(7.5/10) a nice heist movie involving 80+ gentlemen played by Morgan Freeman, Micheal Caine and Alan Arkin, a respectable cast indeed. Overall good for time pass, had some funny moments here and there!!

Death Note

Well I'm still confused was it a comedy or what ... Ryuk was so yukh ... Bad acting n every other shit but it still hasn't beaten the record set by Max Steel
Why Hollywood is destroying every anime n awesome King's works this year.
And I am writing this after watching first 40mins ... I wasted my 40 mins on a 1hr 40 min movie [emoji23]

It comes at Night - iMDB rating is bollocks! It's not even a 5. The movie revolves around same place, dead slow paced, and in the entire movie you're waiting something to happen but it doesn't. Total waste of time.

A very interesting movie. Based loosely on a similar topic done in the past especially the one with Robert Williams Final Cut and an episode of Black Mirror also touched similar topic.

Peter Dinklage always looks amazing when he is on screen. The movie also had amazing potential but in the end it was very generic. I guess the "small guy" saved the movie from being an absolute disaster.

We never come to know what he wrote for Gordon Dunn, we also don't see many suspecious characters n what happens to them.
But still much much better than Death stupid note.
