Heavy @ 170g
Too large for its screen size.
No OIS should (but not necessarily) mean poorer low light performance than HTC One and Lumia 92x/1020.
If they are using larger bottom bezels, why not have capacitive buttons there.
At least give dual LED flash
Screen still a bit behind HTC One/IP5

I give Sony one more generation before they really nail it.

improved xperia z with better display and camera but during past few months they released too many phones every week there is new phone so soon another phone will appear and it will become unknown to every one like z ultra

They have bettered the display and are atleast competing with the big dogs now. It would be interesting to see how they stack up against the 1020. I think the camera gadgets that it introduced separately are more interesting but very expensive...
