@CrashBandicoot I think the nominal fee for market place utilization is a really good idea, it wud also discourage fake threads for pg trader score ratings I guess...

We all agree and believe on the fact that this website has given us much more than just an ordinary website based on views and reviews. Every member shared a bit of success when dealing with other members, Quality concern and dealing have been playing a major part in not only creating good contacts but truthful relationship building between fellow members. This trust has led to clear and concrete buying and selling. Original hands on experiences and reviews of fellow members have benefitted many individuals seeking to the right purchases and built the interest of others towards betterment. So I request the other members to take initiative in safeguarding our potential website and devise a system whereby if putting in some bits, we can help the administrators. I would appreciate if other members put in their views and suggestions in this regard.

How much is the cost/month?
this should be divided for members who are serious about donating and

In previous thread there was a discussion about how to donate if you have less than 500 which cannot be transferred to bank.
these guyz should make a group even if they are faraway from each other.
like I can donate 200 rs per month to pg. 3 guyz who are ready to give 100/month to pg send me via easy load and I will transfer 500 to PG bank account

Ok so firstly, Inferno should make a new thread regarding how much PG costs to run on average. You can't decide how to get payment if you don't decided how much you need first.

Options regarding charging people so far:

1) Crash's idea is excellent I think, charge market place users. It would 1) Generate revenue and 2) indirectly reduce scams aswell as a new member wont pay up just to use the market place, we'll have less of those people that just come here for the market place.

2) Charge people based on post count or activity level or limit certain sections based on wether you are a paid or unpaid member. yes people want benefits for paying but instead of trying to give them more power (which you wouldnt want to) limit the things unpaid members can do. And just keep the amount so negligible that everyone pays up?

3) If we can get enough voluntary payers, divide them up and make them into 6 groups so they pay 6 monthly. Group 1 say pays for June 2012, ground 2 for July and so on. Instead of lets say getting x amount every month make it 6x and 6 monthly payments? Though I dont think enough people will volunteer if everyone ends up getting a free ride.

Well this idea is great. Actyally the main reason previously started donation system which ended up pretty bad was unsuccessful because people didn't want to move thier lazy assss ipto the bank's door. If there are people like Cerberus here who are ready to receive easy loads (even just for 3 or 4 people) and then can transfer money in the bank account in the emd of the month, this donation system will get a great boost.
Or charge 200rs/mknth to members who have greater tahn 1k posts.
And the fee for market place is also a good idea. you can charge some fee per thread. Like if anybody wants to make a thread in the marketplace, he first deposits 100rs. But the problem is you can not deposit less than 500 in banks. So for this you can make some packages for members. Like deposit 500rs in the bank accoint of PG and you can make five threads in the marketplace.

I offered you a deal last year inferno, and you went all sentimental like i made it with defication nd would never consider that option.

Dont get me wrong but why this need for finances now? I offered to pay for half the running cost, half of it mind you in return for a partnership and you were reluctant at that.

Please consider some facts what if pg is down.

1. No more market place
2. No more trade scores and trust worthy deals
3. No more free solutions
4. No more up to date info and news
5. No more good friends

I second Syavash's post, we need to know the costs first...IMO, After that every senior member of their respective cities should call a pg meet up in their respective cities he would collect the donations from the members and send it to INFERNO!...

Even if i were in INFERNO's place I would have never considered ur deal, it takes a lot to build an original idea... partnerships dont last long I tell u unless the ideology and vision of the partners are on the same track

I am ready to pay 'minimal' fee for selling my items but then again if you charge a little too much no one's going to sell at the site. The fee should be charged on the basis of what the thing is worth. Used products and New products should also be considered etc. etc.
The idea of making the Donation compulsory is stupid IMO, it shall take away that special edge that PG has, Donations on the other hand are a very good option, Give us a thread telling the cost of PG and I am pretty sure many people are going to chip in including me. I do think everyone can spare 200-300 rupees from their MONTHLY pocket money/salary, We spend more than that everyday on AYASHI.

VIP Member stuff is another option too ;)

The donation system was started some months back and the goal per month was I think 200$ as far as I remeber it. The goal was axhieved only the first month and in the second month I didnt see that donation bar increase from 0% , sadly.

@All

Guys i appreciate your quick response and views in this regard. The suggestion of all members are equally important. Lets all wait for something positive. One more suggestion, what if the administrators introduce a nominal subscription fee for members on monthly basis. I would not include figures as I think it is for the administrators to decide. But yes this can help in creating revenue and not minimizing any sections, keeping everything as such.

Yes, I do know and that is why you have that achievement as well. If memory serves right there were some payment method problems I guess.

I dont have any issues with a nominal subscription fee considering that there is a large user base of PG so the subs fee wont be that much!

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.

tbh gaming industry as a whole is failing much like tech industry. They have buckled down too much to Corporate suites then relying on passionate and innovative people. A corporate only believes in financial growth and shareholders.
