Yeah my phone occasionally reboots when I open the camera. It's still on original firmware i. e MDK. I had been waiting for the official firmware update. But it seems like I will to flash it using Odin.

thats the old firmware.i wasnt getting OTA update aswell so i used odin.heres a link download the firware from here and use odin to flash.it will resolve ur camera reboot issue along with many other improvments.

Thats standard price for original accesories, you can get cheaper chinese alternatives if you want I am sure but you wont find the original all that much cheaper.

I have this original S-view cover. I have got a problem, it's outer layer is peeling off from the edges!
Think I have to glue it back rather.

Another issue is, it messes with magnetic sensor. So qibla app becomes unreliable.

why would it do that ? its got magnet in it ? if there is a magnet wouldn't it give problems to the whole set ? as in magnets are dangerous around electronics.

Yup it does contain a magnet to detect the cover opening/closing.
Perhaps as big as a company as Samsung wouldn't have overlooked the possibility of magnet causing any issue.
