very strange that on my wingle i get like 150-160 pings on battlefield 4 singapore servers vs 8mb connection with nearly perfect line stats its like 220-230 pings . why is this .

how come the wingle is geting better pings then the wired counter part .

well, every thing seems good. except for the download speed which is strictly 2MB caliber. I get 450-600KPBS @ connect 4MB.. confused...
cant suffice with 230..
4MB should have minimum 400+ practically

Yes it should .. But i dnt know why em getting under 280kbps .. May be promo me woh itni speed hi derahe houn :p
2mb me 225Kbps cross nahi hota tha ..

guys is the free promotion ending date 31 st june or 31st august first i was told it was 31 june through a ptcl notification but again a notification came telling that the date is now 31st august so is it really 31 august now.can anyone conform it?

Bro the reason of low downloading is v simple they change ur package in their data base but ur port in dslam is still 2mb,call them and ask them to upgrade ur port bandwidth and keep calling until u get solution best of luck :D

my package was changed on 31 april 2014 and they guided me promotion expiry date is 31 august.

Guys as we know that PTCL 4gi a.k.a Char ji( the most silly name) is coming. will that improve our pings? even a TINY BIT???
If thats 3000 rs a month its very convenient

For the past 3 months I am facing a very strange problem, I am on 4MB and my download speed is pefect but my upload speed is just 15-20 KB/s, whereas I was getting 105 KB/s before that. I have called ptcl helpline numerous times but they do nothing, all they check is my speedtest which is fine and then tell me that there is no problem at their end. And speedtest on a shared connection is just drama, it just shows overall connectivity, same has been told to me by the people at my exchange who also can't find out what is the problem. I have checked everything at my end too, checked this connection on three different systems, same results.I also have a evo wingle which is working fine on the same system so the problem is not at my end.
I never had this problem before where my upload speed was so low.

Can anyone guess what is the problem here?

It was not about 3 months ago, I was on 2MB for a long time and always got 55Kb on uploads, with 4MB I was getting 105Kb for a long time, only about 3 months ago this problem started, I guess it happened when the morons at PTCL decided to upgrade all users to 4MB without providing enough bandwidth to meet the requirements.
