As a ptcl dsl 4mb user I strongly recommend u to go for ptcl fiber optic connection I am getting more tha 470 kb downloading at IDM and Utorrent,will surely share ping result when I am on my laptop currently v tired after hactic training session in office LOL

Why is their service so crappy? They downgraded me to 2mbps from 4mbps and now I'm currently at 1mbps.

I'm paying for 2mbps. I got upgraded to 4mbps a month ago cause of their 4mbps for everyone waala offer. Been facing frequent disconnects for 2 weeks now. Their service is crappy. Always has been.Upgrade your package bro

Have you told your complain to the ptclcares guy at twitter.
Complaining to their website and phone doeant help. Tell the ptclcares guy and the technicians of your exchange crap themselves and try to solve your problem asap.

Ping = 50-60ms
Streaming is perfect ..
Everything is best if your tele. line is good .. Else you will die complaining them .. Its about 5 days without Disconnect even for a single second..

Guys, I have a 4mb connection and I always face disconnecting issues. I have complained a gazillion times but it was of no help. All they say is that they will fix it but they never do and I am tired of calling them and making complains because the issue does not get resolved. Can any of you help me?

I had this issue .. Try this..
After complaining dont press 1 never .. Until they call u .. Not even then .. Unless line man came to u .. And solve it ..
Usually after 2 days your complaing get priority .. So don't press 1 is your only solution .. Even line man kehde me kardounga tabhi nhi.. Jb tk ho na jae ..
2nd line man ka no. Le lo and direct usy call karo ..
Tried that too, doesn't work. They actually register a complain on your behalf and rest of the procedure is the same, so yeah.

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
