Go to wiredpakistan website and check PTCLs thread, there is a nice guide there. Takes about 10 minutes to setup and after that its all just logging in and using proxy in torrent client, other browsers will work fine. Technically it allows torrents while you can use web as normal. What spotflux and other VPN clients do is to route all traffic through them so limiting overall bandwidth as well as suspicious data collection.

yar tried it, the sock5 thingie didn't work kept on saying connection not accepted and tried sock4 which said connection accepted, than said closed kept on doing that didn't work

tried the hotspot vpn and it worked a bit gettting 100kbps at times 200kbps if im lucky ! DAMN IT

Yes, Both Private and Public Trackers are now working, Although not getting speed on any of those, Around 170 max.

Disregard those messages in SSH client, And enable Encryption in utorrent. Make sure you are using port 22 or 443 in SSH client. And you have to put a listening port. put anything line 50001 in that.

and most of all , no installation charges

Modem is yours , if you take modem rental , add 150 pm more

Torrents are working absolutely fine , i just finished downloading G0w4 worth 35gb

I am not sure why everyone is still not accustomed to these sessions of frustration by PTCL. Because when its working fine, its great but when its not, than sit back and relax.

Yes I have an other one and it worked for pretty well. Atm im sorting it step by step so that you guys don't get confused so INSHALLAH tomorrow evening it will be uploaded here.

At night torrents were working fine but right now not getting more then 30-40 kbs speed

Not even getting 20 kb/s here, despite with all the seeds and peers.
Plus there is a sudden drop in the speed at night from 200 kb/s to 20 kb/s. Anyone noticed it?

Yes see post above u what i have said.
Last nightbi added deus ex human revolution torrent and it was working awesome. But now when i resume the download speed drops from 350+kbps to 40/50kbps.

My torrents have started to work since last night, and i am getting satisfactory speeds on my 2Mb connection.

Whats the update of you guys? Still facing problems?

I was thinking about removing the announcement i put up to avoid the unnecessary threads.

P.S. The last week was a DEAD week. You know why. <_<
