Internet not working is completely different from Torrents not working. Torrent is different protocol and if throttled cannot affect HTTP traffic. So other problems might be user specific.
High Pings are a result of excessive routing PTCL has to use instead of normal Singapore nodes (Servers with 150 ping), So its possible that you may get unexpected low ping in completely different zone due to different routing.
Basically PTCL has to get the lost bandwidth through other channels because of repairs, which can be costly so they are throttling torrents to save costs.
I wonder now no one is happy even getting a 500KB, 700KB, or 350KB and complaining here. I live among modern day and on my 4MB I get around 400 when everything is good. I download HD movies, Games, etc and never felt suffocated, what you guys download 24hr and why you need 500+ KB is byond my understanding, I can hardly find anything to download after going through latest releases.

Was really looking forward to playing the cyac league for CS:GO on Singapore servers. What unfortunate timing for this cable break down. We can only dream of the pings being fixed back to normal on Singapore servers as Ptcl knows only how to F up things. Right now they are routing through level3 Paris France LoL to Singapore
Called the DSL guy. He said the cable will still take further more weeks to be repaired and no time frame can be given.

pings really f*k*d up getting almost 450+ ping on German and Netherlands server where i usually get 180ms at morning.
Bahria, Bahria, Bahria,,,, Quality ka nam Bahriatorrents seem to be back to normal in Bahria Town Rwp. Getting 450 kB/s since yesterday
LOL, They are back in Adyala Road region too. Probably Cantt exchange has sorted it out.
PS: RWP/ISB don't have load on exchanges like LHR and Karachi, so it will take time but I can see the light at the end of tunnel.

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
