But whichever genius came up with the HSS method should be given the Nobel prize!
I get like 340kbps on my 4mbps connection.

I think it's back. My current torrent is downloading. Not at amazing speeds but still downloading. It's obviously the bad torrent. But I think it's fixed.

Hotspot shield is pretty awesome, i don't know why i put off using it for so long. Getting 350-375 on my torrents since this morning using hotspot shield. Pretty good speed for a 4mb connection.

My torrents weren't working since last week but hotspot shield is awesome, also youtube works on full speed using it :O

Too bad it has shit load of advertisement <_<

deare use adblock if u use google chrome for browsing it blocks ads

Never faced the problem which all of you are facing these and yes the speed is full on torrents, no problem wot so ever.

its only with "some" ptcl users apparently. Even my cousin who has the same connection speed was getting no problems at all....and we live right next to each other.

As Almost 45Gbps of bandwidth is missing, if PTCL allows torrents without waiting for repair, you won't even be able to use google. or check mail due to choking of networks.
