No dude .. PTCL twitter account is good .. They reply fast and resolves the issue ASAP .. I also complained 4 times online but the issue was not resolved .. I sent a msg to PTCLcare account on twitter and it got resolved in couple of hours :)

I have emailed that chimpmuck for several times but he disnt bother to reply me back nor answered to my direct message ..he just helps for line fault etc but for major work he doesnt ..anyways Who needs em when their is a danda of PTA

No he is not. Its your responsibility to keep things short, and brief. All he requires, is 1) Your Landline Number 2) Your Issue

THATS IT. DM (Direct Message) him that, and your problem will be solved. If it doesn't, just ask back after 2-3 days (which would be the 'working days' for any complaint).

I have had a chat with him (#ptclcares) several times, and this guy is REALLY trying. So the least you could do, is appreciate his efforts and ofcourse not be a total a**hole about it :)

Dude I will appreciate him when he had helped me out. In my case he didn't. I have the record of emails which i have sent to the provided email. If he has helped or chatted you it doesn't mean he has helped whole of the Pakistan. Dont force the awam on appreciating ppl who has done nothing.. PTA does help and I appreciate their efforts.

I am not sure what the issue is, that is not an official PTCL twitter account but still the guy is helping when he is in no way obliged to help people out. A team of people don't run that twitter account, its just one person. A lot of times requests/messages to that account get missed due to a lot of people messaging him, it only takes a couple of minutes to send a message again you know.


Oh and good luck with PTA ;)

Yep true he does reply those who he thinks looks cool in the picture or perhaps he favors the one who's names strikes his eyes.My nick is Khan and picture aint that good ..havin mustaches proly that could be the reason.

Why should I beg em man? I pay them its their job to solve my problems. I have sent him atleast 3 reminders plus 15 dms.When i check his last seen time its like 1 hour ago and my query is like 5 hours before.Its a haram khur department with 75percent haram sitting on the hot seats who doesn't know how to work they only know when to collect their salaries.I have the record and I don't need to prove.I trust PTA only the twitter guy is a gupshup.PTA has a strong danda to shove it up in them

If its the first time you have got this screen, wait a few days. You will be asked about it multiple times (which is good), but half the time, it won't actually be on your number, but someone else's. (check the URL).

Also, if you haven't been paying attention ... my complaint is NOT this. Its upgrading users without asking them. This screen comes when you are upgraded, without your consent (i didn't say concern).

I hope i have made myself clear.

I think you misunderstood me. I'm not involved here. But based on what I saw, he does make a genuine attempt to get stuff resolved for you. It is also apparent that he is short-staffed. Lets not equate him with PTCL in general. This guy is trying while the organization is flawed. Sure he might not be the best, but hes trying to improve the scenario for you. Give him another go.

You are blaming one person for the problem of whole department. And guess what. You are in minority, as compared to those who did get their problems solved through him.

If you think PTA is going to help you, good luck with that (been there done that, frankly).

That said, i think its enough with your rant. There are means available to get your problems solved. There is even a guide available to troubleshoot your PTCL connection, in sticky Mega PTCL thread. You should take a look at it.

I had the same problem when I tried to upgrade from 4MB to 8MB (in July).
My ports were upgraded, it showed the 8MB profile in my modem, but I was still getting 4MB speed.
I did not understand why. Neither did the ptclcares guy, and he eventually gave up.

I tried upgrading it again, and I face the same problem. Planning on getting a new connection, because they can't apparently fix my existing one. :(

Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
