There is a version of Driveclub which PS Plus members will be able to download when it launches (it was originally supposed to be a launch title). PS4 includes trial period of PS Plus and members would have been able to download and play it during their Plus trial membership as per original launch plans. However that would have expired just like other Plus games at end of Plus membership period. The seller is probably confusing that with a full bundle game.

no any Driveclub is launch from sony right now.even no any demo is here to dl.
