sometimes some united fans annoy me so much...We have got a great lineup and removed alot of deadwood players. Net spend of man utd this season is in positive ( = we have bought Schineidelain, Schweinsteiger, Darmain, Romero and Memphis for less than what we have sold players for ) the new 5 signings all look pretty good and removing those huge wage bills must be worth alot.

Van gaal is doing a good job in my view..We are just 2 signings away. A reliable and strong CB and a out and out forward. We get those and we will be challenging for all competitions. Even without them, we look a good gelled team.
Rooney is an epic player, alot of people dont realise what a threat rooney is. Van Gaal doesnt play rooney because he washes his car. He picks him cause Rooney is class.

you are right about the signings we have made , infact we might have got Memphis in even lower fee if Liverpool would have not tried to snap him , so at that point LVG made a statement by paying over the odds so that no club comes forward with a counter bid , even BILD has now confirmed we signed schweni at even lower price they say we bought him for around 7mill not 14 mill , comparing it to last season we have spent money wisely and hasn't payed over the odds or random money which you call it these days .

coming towards CB , van gaal had 3 players targeted this season 1) matt hummels who admitted utd interest but said he wants to stay for one more season 2) Ramos make shift in de gea deal , also Individual bid Alaas he faked interest only for new contract
3) Andre laporate Bilbao he has recently signed contact with his buy out clause going sky rocket so man utd has ended his interest , also Bilbao is a club which sells player on the price they want or else you can rot in reserves like illorente did , they also never lowered a penny in Herrera deal both for moyes and van gaal .

coming towards Rooney : Rooney contribution no doubt is more than a striker but as he is getting older his first touch has become absolute shit to me Rooney is still best suited for no 10 position than no 9 , we don't have any other striker apart of him to play , Hernandez as I wrote in general football thread also has been shit shit since moyes era and game against Brugge proved a last nail in coffin he is going to be sold , Wilson is young and better to be given chance than a confuse Hernandez who will never be no 1 striker at at any big club

There are not many good forwards out there , the only decent left are cavani , ibra won't happen LVG feud .

then there is talk of in out striker likes of mane and draxler , I would prefer draxler cause he is German and young player 1 year left in contract could be bought at reasonable price, I have always doubts on African players and mane is African .

then there are some out of the box ones
pato heard being offered to every club in England , in his early millan days bids of 50 mill looked less for him now he is dirt cheap , has found feet in brazil and doing well ,.

Liverpool really have turned into an average side TBH.

Without coutinho they have nothing going forward, united should have capitalized on the mistakes that liverpool's backline made but they them self have been not so good.

Fellaini at ST position is such a waste should bring on martial at half time.

Dont expect much from martial , the boy needs to be kept far away from pressure , pressure and expectations can kill a player development , im so glad that LVG has down played martial to be a immediate superstar thats a very good thing cause in this way he will build him into a good player .

Martial has luck on his side that he scored on debut or i bet you the press would have destroyed him thats what they do
