There are very few people that play on the dubai server, not to mention the dubai server gives less ping to people in europe than it does to even people living in dubai.

Patch notes from an update released earlier today:

The Singapore matchmaking region will be undergoing some changes next week. There will be a maintenance period from the 13th until the 16th Singapore time. On the 14th the region will be entirely unavailable, and during the other times it will be operating under limited capacity (fewer servers available for usage). We will be rebuilding the clusters on new server hardware and retiring the old server hardware. On the network side, we will be improving the router architecture, as it is currently too susceptible to packet loss under high load.

Well, if that were true, void would get removed and Death Prophet would have a 600 sec CD on her Ulti.

I agree with a lot of these changes.
If you look at the top picks of 6.81 , it's heroes like Brew, DP, Void, Tinker, SKywrath and some others

Top picks of 6.82? Mostly brew, DP, Void, SKywrath, Spectre, ANti Mage and some others.

Even with the decrease in the tower gold advantage and making comebacks easier, these heroes were still dominating pro games as well as pubs, implying there's something that needs to be done about the hero rather than reworking the game mechanics to not suit the hero as much.

Who cares about hero balance changes they hardly matter, its the retarded comeback mechanic that is shitty. Anyone with a brain could see it was ridiculous idea but that dumb idiot only nerfed it once the redditretards got over the initial euphoria and started complaining. Nerfing heroes is pointless when a game like Lol is more balanced than this shit.
