all bullshit and crap... DO NOT EAT desi ghee or any ghee/oil as a matter of fact... the only oils that you should consider taking is olive oil or fish oils(especially the one with omega3)... if you are dying like motherfucking crazy for oil then only use super slight amount to grease the pan with olive oil... DO NOT USE MORE THAN THAT YOU PAKISTANI MORONS WHO THINK MUTTON IS BETTER THAN BEEF(no one is the world eats mutton and is a lot less nutritious than beef and has more harmful fat and doesn't even taste as good as beef cuz the morons in pakistan do not know how to make it proper).... desi ghee is better than normal banaspatee ghee or oils from them... but it is still gonna kill ya... only use olive oil and take omega 3 fish tablets(do not use more oil than that)... boil your food rather than frying it... and exercise like a motherfucker daily...

It's so ironic. I knew the man, and I knew that he ate super duper clean and exercised a lot, was very active. The very LAST thing I could remotely expect would be a heartattack. Devastated and moved since yesterday!
