And if its the camera then how can i handle them smoothly on the console thts the botheration i am getting if the driving effects is remain the same on the PC and Console then its acceptable but its not working like that in the PC Version

Those glitches you are talking about were resolved a very long time ago. The game is almost perfect at current considering its a pirated version.
That car handling glitch at that time was Jumping/Bubbling Camera, Automatically Accelerated Cars, Poor Handling etc. But after Patch 3, they are all resolved.

GTA IV PC Issues - !!Help Required!!

I have recently installed GTA IV on to my PC and it works great!! Great Frame rate and EVErYTHING!! THere still are two issues:

1. The start menu picture doesn't show! Instead its all black. How can i fix this??
2. Mines ofcourse pirated and i can't save my game! Is there any software or keygen using which i can, if not play online multiplayer, atleast can save the game???

PLZ HELP! All sorts of opinions and solutions welcomed. Thanx in advance to all hu help!

how to fix that problem.

I found the solution. Search google for GTA IV v1.0.4.0 Update-Razor and download the file.

I think you should install all patches for the game which i assume you havent installed yet.
Download all four patches for the game (Patch 1.01, 1.02, 1.03, 1.04) and use the Razor1911 crack for Patch 4.

You are using the Fed0R crack i think.
Use all the four patches, install 'em & apply the relative crack. The game will work fine after that

Brothers, I have deleted GTA 4 from PC. now trying to install then it gives me window of reparing, modigying or removing. When i click reapring and modifying it does some updating stuff and nothing then i tried to use remove then it gives some error.

Those patches have the necessary files to fix the issues/bugs in GTA4. Patch your game with 1.0.1 - 1.0.3, and use the relative crack, it will work after that nice and smooth

I have a problem of GTA IV Save GAME I have . my previous GTA IV Save Games. when I paste that save games in Save Games folder and when I am LOADING that save game the error should be like this "Load save game error please check your HDD" now what to do please help me please. ...

Anyways. It appears it is safe to reformat your PC and not lose your hours of progress in GTA 4, even if they have made it a bit tricky.
