^^ I have the patch 1.0.4.0 and its crack works fine didnt give me 'any' tension, just installed the game and then the patch and cracked it.

i just have one problem now, i dont know where to place my save game file with this patch i tried the my documents >rockstar games , and also the user >app data > local rockstar somthin..... but i wont find those when i tried to load , also when i saved my gme those files werent saved on either of the two locations, THEN WHERE ARE THEY ? i wanna find them so i could replace my previuos file and start my game from where i left

Anyone can help me with this?

for patch 4 u cant use your old save file...but the location of saved files is somewhere in app data

Lemme Rephrase That
You Cannot Use your SaveGameFiles with ANY of the new Patch. So i am afraid you will have to play the game from the very beginning

I jus installed GTA IV on my Windows 7. It worked fine on XP. But on 7, wen i click play from Rockstar's Social Club, and an error pops up saying: "Application Failed to Launch. The application you are attempting to launch no longer exists. Please reinstall the application, or contact support at: bla bla".....

WUT SHUD I DO?? How can i make it work?? PLZ PLZ HELP!

dude, i cant reinstall without reinstalling my hole windows!! But it was installed completely! this jus randomly came up.

Yaar its not THE GAME which is giving you error. You can install that program Separately. This Application Just helps the game to Launch, its actually Required to launch the game.
If you have the Game DVD, just run The Setup of the Program after finding it inside the DVD. Or you can download it Separately. Its just a couple of MB's.

I think he installed this game on xp. and he is trying to launch the executable on windows 7.

surely it wont work,, you must be missing some of the registry keys and your gta4 is not configured properly. you have to re install gta 4 again.

I shud reinstall the Social Club Software?

I've installed it on 7. My game uses DOS to install and u can't uninstall unless u format the drive (not gonna happen!). I'll try reinstalling the social club software and try.... Will give the updates, thx!

Ok, so i used a crack and changed compatibility to vista sp2. THE GAME WORKED! but wen i try to run it thru social club, same error pops up and i can't install the patches!! WTF!

Hmm a lot of users are facing problems running this game on Windows 7. Try asking on gtaforums, i dont think you'll find answer here.

there is anew update dose any one have the crack for it please for the updated verion 1.0.0.4 i have chkd the 2 major sites but they dont have the this verison crack pls do reply

I Have been trying to complete GTA IV 100percent.

The first time I tried I got stuck at the 200pigeons. I shot all the pigeons but one pigeon seems to be missing.

NOW I started over again and made sure I didnt miss any pigeons but again same thing has happened. The game says there are 51pigeons left whereas the IGN guide shows 50pigeons left.

Now I dont get this

I am SURE that I did not skip any pigeon. REPEAT I HAVE NOT SKIPPED ANY PIGEON!!!!!!!

Still I am missing 1 pigeon, just like last time I tried.

Any help guys?

Lol...try the trainer and u will be able to get locations for all pigeons and all unlockables!
and btw why r u finishing the game 100%?
its very annoying to do that!
